The neighborhoods surrounding The Plaza consist of upscale apartment buildings and homes, as well as walking trails and parks. Loose Park and the Nelson Lawn offer plenty of room to roam with nature. The Plaza is also the first outdoor shopping center in the world!

Perfect for Brief Stay

This room was comfortable, easy to access, and within walking distance from one of KC's best spots. This is a great space for a single person or couple to stay if the goal of the trip is to be out and about in the city. This was my trip's purpose so this was great for me!

Absolutely loved this property. Was exactly as advertised and is located in a great area. Convenient to most anything in the city! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Will certainly make this my place to stay in KC.

Great Weekend Stay

Convenient location. Good rates. Easy to communicate with owner. The room gets a little warm during hot days but shutting the blinds and curtains helped. Would stay again!

Charm & location

This historical building and our studio apt was full of charm and has been kept up to perfection. We didn’t want to leave since by the end of our short stay it felt like home to us! The location was perfect for walking to excellent shopping & dining. We took the short 5 minute drive to the KC Rep Theater to see A Christmas Carol one night and that too was perfection. For dinner, McCormick & Schmick was amazing with the best service, food and atmosphere. Communication with our host was perfect from start to finish and we can’t wait to stay again!
