The vaulted ceilings through out the cabin adds to the spacious feel through out, along with the open concept living space with dining that seats 6. Great kitchen to cook your meals or BBQ on the gas grill on the patio. All one level living.

This cabin is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. Both coffee types a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. A toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

Located with in walking distance of restaurants, shops and breweries. Located adjacent to an commercial area along with an out door adventure park and putt putt golf and go carts. This is not a secluded cabin.

This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.

No Smoking, No Pets, No Events, no more then 6 people on the property at any time, no more then 2 cars on the property at any time. The person renting/ name on the account must be present.

Check in time is 4:00pm, Check out time is 10:00 am. If you arrive early enjoy the town, no early check in's or late check outs.
