As you step into Seascape, you are greeted by an atmosphere of impeccable cleanliness. We uphold the highest standards and provide a starter pack of essentials in every bathroom, including paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Our home is elegantly adorned with tasteful decor, offering plentiful seating and diverse entertainment areas for both adults and children.

The unique design of Seascape is one of its most compelling features. Seamlessly connected for large groups and/or multi-generational families in mind, Seascape features access doors on the second and third levels, renting as a SINGLE expansive home. The house boasts 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, catering comfortably to large groups or families.


Your comfort is our priority, which is why you will enjoy our private pool, perfect for any weather. Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully-equipped custom kitchens on each side of the unit, complete with breakfast bars and dining areas accommodating 12 diners per side. Just bring your favorite food and drinks!
Each section of the home includes a spacious living room with a Smart TV, comfy couches that double as Queen sofa beds (with bedding available), and private balconies on each level. These balconies offer serene views, either of the Bay canals or Perdido Key’s State Park and Beach, and convenient outdoor showers are also available.
Parking is a breeze at Seascape, with space for up to 8 vehicles, including covered areas for personal watercraft or boat trailers. The outdoor storage closet is stocked with beach chairs, pool and beach toys for kids, and even a patio swing for your enjoyment.
Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed. Both Side A and Side B feature Level 2 Main Guest rooms with King Beds and full bathroom access, Level 3 Master Suites with King size beds, Smart TVs, and expansive private baths with rainfall showers, and Level 3 Bunkrooms with four cozy bunk beds and full bathroom access. Rest assured, each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash rags, and bathmats for your convenience.

This property is excellent for a large group. There were 12 of us and the 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and living areas gave us plenty of room to spread out. The pool was very nice and the location, on the canal? And across from the beach was perfect. Great for a low key relaxing vacation. Would definitely consider returning.

I vacationed with my adult children and grandchildren. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The beach wagons were a huge help on the short walk to the beach. The bay in the back provided more water views. Multiple kayaks were available for use. A ladder to climb out of the bay would have been helpful as we’re are not too adventurous. Overall we had a great week and would definitely recommend.

Everything was great with the house, and the location. We loved being able to bring our boat and having a pool at the house. The only complaint from our group is that the bed sheets were awful. The fitted sheets continuously kept coming off the mattresses. They just didn’t fit well and many would wake up lying on the plastic mattress covers. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed staying at your beautiful home.

Our stay in Perdido Key was absolutely incredible! The home itself was gorgeous—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for gathering with our large family. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably while still enjoying time together.One of the standout features was the dock space for our boat—it made getting out on the water so easy and added a whole extra level of fun to the trip. And the beach access was just amazing—convenient, scenic, and exactly what you hope for when staying on the coast.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again!

The property was absolutely amazing. I had a micro wedding on the beach and this home accommodated our entire wedding party and a few friends. The two kitchens were a major plus when accommodating so many. The pool is perfect for adults and kids. The jacuzzi was easy to use and very cleans. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with in the pool area. The beds were comfortable and rooms very spacious. If you are thinking about booking … Do it…it’s worth every penny lol.

The house was very good value for the money since it was on the canal and had a pool. There were many things that didn't work quite right in the house or were broken and we did not appreciate all of the monetary threats if something else was broken, allegedly by us.We additionally did not appreciate a second contract and having our credit card on file. I would much rather have a fifteen hundred dollar security deposit out there. There was a lot of space for everyone and we loved that there were six bathrooms and the house was fairly clean. Once again it was a great value and we had a great time.

Michael, thanks for choosing to stay with us, and glad to hear you agree with the value, this property is packed with amenities and the location is absolutely spectacular! Not quite understanding the comment about things not working - looking back over your messages all we saw was user error on our hot tub which we immediately walked you through and a beach chair that we have many multiple backups for in case of issue, the dishwasher tray was simply off track but it was still functional - we work hard to replace any worn or broken items immediately. Our cleaning crew does a fantastic job reporting damage and we get a report following every check out as to status of how our guests left the house. For the convenience and safety of the next incoming guests, we just ask to report damage so we can address immediately and as you can probably imagine on a property of this size and value, our owners take their investment seriously and do not appreciate “rough” guests destroying their home or party crowds that would abuse the property - and future guests appreciate that they keep this property in great shape for future stays! We can appreciate your feedback on retaining a card on file - that occurs through VRBO and our secondary contract that protects both guests and the property owner simply delineates the expectations of damage is to occur on the premises - our hope is this mitigates the party crowds or folks that don’t know how to handle themselves or respect other people property. Thank you for the kind words and feedback and glad y’all had a great time enjoying the space, cleanliness and location of our property.

Was a little surprised that it was a connected duplex rather than one big house but that actually worked out in our favor, As it gave some quiet spaces for people to talk that wasn't chaos around the kids. Absolutely love the location and the Naval Air Museum nearby was awesome when we had a rainy day

We had an amazing week at Seascape and can’t say enough about the location and functionality of the house. Any maintenance issues we had (minor) were resolved quickly and the amenities provided and quick walk to the beach made our stay very enjoyable. You’re also a short (less than 10 minutes) drive to a grocery and drug store if you need anything. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels, even though provided if you are concerned about additional hefty fines if the provided towels are lost or damaged. Also, the full property is two duplicate residences that can be closed off with doors both up and downstairs. We rented full house, so keep that in mind as sharing the property could possibly be an option and there would be shared areas like front porch, back porch and pool. We would definitely book again! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Top notch stay

We were a group of 14 people from age 8-78 and we all thoroughly enjoyed this house. The location is perfect. The view is amazing. House is very spacious - plenty of room for all. The pool and all the kayaks were such a bonus for everyone. Walk to the beach is easy breezy! Great communication with owners throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our trip.

Perfect layout and location for a family retreat. Centrally located on Perdido Key. The house is well decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. Our main issue was the cleanliness of the house - specifically, the items used by other renters such as cookware, coffee mugs, and utensils. One skillet still had food debris in it and another was completely rusted and look as though someone had left burned food debris in it. One comforter had stains on it, including blood stains. Plus hair on the sofa and bathrooms that had not been fully cleaned between visitors. The host was very responsive and had the cleaning person return.

Hey Alison, as a family business our reviews are really important to us, and although we love constructive criticism when appropriate - we definitely felt the need to clear the air following your review. As you noted in your review - our excellent property manager was very responsive and worked hard to address the supposed “issues” you had during your stay - not only did we respond immediately to your initial complaint, - the scratched up pan - which we understood and wanted to accommodate - but we did find as an interesting start, given this property has enough sets of pans to cook 4 full on Thanksgiving meals between the 2 kitchen areas However, the next day when you contacted us to complain about hair and blood in the beds- we got a little concerned with you as a guest - your party had been on that property for 2 days at this point and you had visited with our cleaning crews already and our cleaners noted that both you and your guests were on site and had commented they did a fantastic job, and were quite appreciative to them of the timeliness of their return and the property and cleaning was handled to your satisfaction. Because we take these items very serious - we contacted our cleaning supervisor - she noted that neither of your complaints had been logged during her personal final inspection prior to your stay - even knowing this - we chose to pay for the extra cleaning services for you as a bit of hospitality to your group as some of the ladies were quite nice. Funny enough, the feedback our cleaning crews got from the other guests staying with you at the time was that there was no issues with the property at all, they all loved the property, everything was great and the complaint MUST HAVE came from you as they laughed to themselves, so we are guessing this might be a recurring theme. Further both our cleaning supervisor and owners personally went by the property following your stay, and everything was in great shape for future guests We thank you for your stay and would highly recommend finding a different property to visit in the future, as you have worn out your welcome in our lovely home Yours truly, Kyle M.

Perfect Place to Celebeate

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our kids and grandkids. 18 of us stayed at the property and 14 others were local and joined us for dinners. Seascape is clean, well-equipped, and beautifully "beachy." The pool and all amenities were very enjoyable. Our son docked his boat at the house - it was so convenient for our guests to explore the area. Although we were all adults, the place would be great for kids, too. Everything we planned was easy to accomplish at Seascape.

Great Property and Host

Everything was as listed, except for security cameras were installed both outdoors facing the driveway and indoors at the bottom of the stairs. Four cameras in total were installed (that we could see). The listing did NOT mention use of security cameras at time of our booking, but the listing has since been changed after we brought this to VRBO’s attention.

Hey Chad, thanks for the kind, albeit somewhat inaccurate review, it is unfortunate that you did not take the time to review the contract you signed with us, it explicitly states we use security cameras on premise and their locations - for both property and guests safety we have cameras that face the parking areas, we also had (past tense) cameras that faced the ground entry doors of the property so 78 people didn’t show up to party when we were told it was a small family gathering of 4). The cameras and their locations were and are disclosed on the contract you signed prior to arrival on our property. “ Surveillance Cameras: Property is protected by a video monitoring system in the common areas outside and the entry doors of the property….” Unfortunately the use of monitoring devices is a necessity, bad faith guests, damage, unruly and disrespectful guests who disregard others’ property has become a societal norm that we don’t subscribe to. Best of luck finding another host for y’all’s next trip and please take us off your come back tour list. Sincerely,

This house was the perfect size and layout for our group of 15 people. We had plenty of space and loved that the duplex layout gave us two full kitchens and two laundry rooms. The outdoor space was excellent: the best of any Florida beach house we've ever rented. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge amount of shaded seating that was beside the pool, and the deck with kayaks was such a fun addition. The dune and ocean views from the front of the house were beautiful, and the quick walk to three beach was easy and felt safe thanks to the nearby lighted crosswalk. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and wagons in the house's storage closet. We had one minor issue with the home upon arrival, and it was handled by the homeowner so quickly! Great communication.

Amazing Vacation

Our group had the best time at this property. The location could not be better (pool backs up to a bay where people paddle board, kayak, boat, swim) and it is just three houses down from a beach access). The land across the street doesn't have any houses or buildings so the view is spectacular. The house is clean, well furnished, and had everything we would need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We rented the whole house and the rooms were perfect for us. Isvi, the house manager was quick to solve the only problem we had (wifi wouldn't connect) and made sure our stay was problem free. I couldn't recommend this property enough.

Perfect for 3 families with kids

The house was perfect for 3 families with children ranging from 6-17! The lay out of the house was wonderful for accommodating our large party of 13, and having 2 kitchens was super convenient. The location on the bay was peaceful and fun for the kids to play on the kayaks and floating island that were provided. The beach was about a 5-10 minute walk across the street, but feasible with wagons to haul all of our things. The house was in a central location, close to many restaurants and things to do. There were things that the cleaning crew could have done better, but overall the house was beautiful and well maintained. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the house thoroughly and we would gladly stay here again!

Great location, beautiful views, good time was had.

Pictures are pretty accurate. Beautiful place we enjoyed our stay. The pool water was very low and needed to be skimmed. The second day the pool guy showed up and filled the water. We then just kept filling the pool water everyday. The only other thing is there was one person cleaning both sides and was not done by 4pm. To big of a house for just one person to clean and get ready by a reasonable time. The house is gorgeous we had a pleasant time during our stay.

James, Thank you for your kind review. We pride ourselves on our Pool maintenance company they seem to stay on top of things. Thanks for letting us know about the cleaning crew. During our peak season our contractors find it very difficult to find good help so we try to be understanding. Glad everything else was up to par. Hope to see you again! Have a blessed day.
