This 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom vacation rental is ready for family fun! The home is on a deep water canal just a few houses off Ole River. It is a short boat ride to all of the great local restaurants (Flora Bama!), popular islands, and fishing spots. If boating isn't your thing, the beach is just 2 blocks away! The Perdido Key Coves neighborhood has a deeded beach walkover to a quiet beach, which is part of Perdido Key State Park. There is no street parking, so the beach is practically private. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, granite countertops, beer/wine fridge, and all the cookware needed to craft homemade meals. There is a separate dining area and breakfast bar, perfect for hosting a family game night or a sit-down meal together. The comfy living area offers a Smart TV, for catching up on your favorite binge-worthy TV shows. The interior of the home is comfortably set up with a large primary and secondary bedroom and two full baths on the third floor. The house was redone with bead board walls to give it that cottage feel. The only thing it's missing is you! After a day at the beach or on the river, enjoy relaxing in one of the three outdoor living areas. The first floor has a dock, grill, porch swing, outdoor fire pit, and fenced in side yard for the kids to play. The second floor balcony has a view of the dunes, while the third floor balcony has views of Ole River on one side and the Gulf on the other! The beach access is less than 100 yards from the home, so take a quick walk to the white sand of the Gulf Coast. This community also offers a tennis court and pickleball courts, if you are looking for a little fun throughout the day. When you are ready to get out and explore, check out a local ecotourism spot where you can enjoy the water and learn about our local environment. There are also places up and down Perdido Key Drive to rent kayaks and paddleboards. You will find dining options just a short drive away. Perdido Key Vacation

Fantastic location. Close enough to walk or a short minute car ride to shopping, beach, and restaurants. Perfect place for family trip.
