Charming Westside Bungalow

We renovated this bright & airy space from top to bottom with a touch of rustic-modern. This Charming Bungalow located near Old Colorado City, the new hot spot destination of Colorado Springs that is close to just about everything you’d want to do. We loaded the Bungalow with all the bells & whistles, sure to assist in making your stay memorable, relaxed and stress free.

Entering the home you will first notice the original hard wood flooring which covers most of the home. The charming living/dining combo offers a rustic-modern feel with plenty of room for small or larger families.

The large, bright kitchen has a nice pantry and loads of cabinet storage, butcher block counters, accent tile and all stainless steel appliances. The side door opens onto a nice deck, fenced in yard and grill (just look in the pantry for charcoal & lighter fluid).

The hallway leads to a HUGE, private master suite. Vaulted ceilings, private master bath with jetted tub and two walk-in closets. The master has a fireplace and a back door that leads to the side deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have TVs, DVD players and closets with extra linens. The 2nd bedroom provides a full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full).

Take a short drive to many of the main attractions in Colorado Springs such as Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon Park, Pikes National Forest, Pikes Peak Summit with great views, Cave of the Winds, the Incline and lots more!
