This beautiful condo is minutes away from Scottsdale Fashion Square, Scottsdale Quarter, and Old Town-where you will find plenty of amazing restaurants, nightclubs, bars, shops, bike rides, or fun run down the Arizona canal. Walking distance to some restaurants, 99 Cents store, and CVS pharmacy.

One queen bed, two twin beds, coffee maker, water filter pitcher, filters, electric tea kettle, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, washer and dryer in the unit, 1 iron, 1 ironing boards, 1 hairdryer, high-speed unlimited wifi, extra linen and towels, soap and detergents, 1 free parking spot and the number is 48.

There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee.

Also, the doorbell has a camera outside the unit for your security. It's being monitored daily.

AZ Fun

We had a nice visit to AZ. The place was nice and the jacuzzi and pool were very nice each evening. The view of the golf course and access to the Greenbelt trail were lovely.

Loved our time there.

Our stay was amazing thanks to this beautiful condo. Very well stocked with all necessities and more. Very clean and comfortable. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings watching the sunrise over the half course was memorable. Definitely would book again!

Nice neighborhood. Would stay again But But But

New cleaning crew needed. They were resting on the couch when we walked in. Condo not ready on time. Blinds in living room Brooke. Stains on bedroom carpet. Coffee table not dusted. Could write my name in dust. Top of fridge, too can write you nam in dust. Dining room chair broke. I replaced screws in legs of 1 chair. 4 empty water bottles under the bed. Food left over from last group, I threw away. Nice pool where a homeless man took a bath and washed his clothes in hot tub. Owner did respond with advise.

Sorry to hear that Dennis! Arizona is dusty and maybe there was no booking for a long time before you checked in and that's why it might have been dusty. I am from Canada and I visit Arizona every six months. If I were in Arizona I would have checked it before you checked in. Also, I wish you told me it wasn't clean, I would have sent my cleaning crew again to clean it for you. You knew that I was responding fast and was taking care of your concerns. You never mentioned the cleaning issue.

NOT HAPPY

Not happy that Asifa charged us $44.99 for torn sheets that we did not tear .... she sent us pics of the torn sheets however I have no idea how we can tear sheets by just sleeping on them .... they were old and worn sheets so not happy since when I stripped the bed when we left I did not notice any tears .... My wife said that there was a small hole on her side of the bed however we thought nothing of it .... looks like we should of and never mentioned it .... I was disappointed that she had access to our credit card and took the money from my card without my permission which one of the VRBO reps said she could not do ..... Live and learn !!!!

Rick, I didn't take money from your credit card. VRBO is in charge of all finance and credit cards. I am confident that all guests reading this know that the host has no access to your credit cards. This is an unfair review. Also, my cleaning service who works with me for two years reported to me those tears on the bedsheet with pictures. She checks everything after she cleans the condo and she looks for damage every time a guest leaves. This is how it works. We make sure no sheets are old, torn, or have any stains on them. We check that everything else in the kitchen is not broken or missing before the new guests check in. I checked on you every once in a while and asked you if you need anything or if there was anything we can do to make your stay better, but never complained about anything. I was sure that you enjoyed your stay and our service, but sorry to hear that you are disappointed over this. We were just following the rules. The rules are the same for all guests. I have paid for damages in the hotels or Airbnb stays as well. This is a standard rule.
