A seaside resort with a beach of pebbles at high tide and sand at low tide more than a kilometre long with free access, Mers-les-Bains, the 2nd favourite village of the French in 2024, also offers a stretch of coast of about 2.5 km of high cliffs of crai with specific maritime fauna and flora, with hiking circuits, as well as a large multi-activity green space in the town centre (Mers-les-Bains is labelled Green Holiday Resort).
The seafront is made up of villas characteristic of seaside architecture with many influences both English, Flemish, or even in connection with Art Nouveau or Floral Art, etc ...
More than 500 "Belle Epoque" villas have been classified as a protected area as a remarkable heritage site since 1986, including one listed as a Historic Monument.

Villa Louise is an old villa from 1887 with the charm of the old and completely renovated in 2021. It is located 20 meters from the sea in the listed area of the beach square, in the city center.
Complete villa with a capacity of 12 people, ideal for families AND ONLY FOR FAMILIES.
Please note: two-storey house, access to the house by 3 steps. House not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

On the first floor: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, WC and laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The living room and kitchen overlook a small private courtyard where it is possible to enjoy the sun's rays and have your coffee.

On the inter-level: a games room equipped with a library, games, a television, and a table football. A toilet and a shower.

On the first floor: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Please note:
- Sheets and towels included, beds made.
- Cleaning included. However, the accommodation must be returned in a good state of cleanliness. A fee will be charged if the accommodations are returned in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness or if the bins are not emptied at the end of the stay.
- Internet available. If the Wi-Fi service or the TV signal is suspended or unreliable for various reasons, no commercial gesture will be granted to the tenant. This service depends on the access provider, so the landlord is not responsible in the event of a disruption in the performance of the service.
- This accommodations are non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Prohibition of organizing parties/events or illegal activities.
- Obligation to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Tenants must avoid making noise between 22:00 and 07:00.
- Prohibition of accommodating more people than the planned capacity.

Mers-les-Bains has several parking lots, including the Galiote parking lot, which is completely free. It is located at the entrance to the town and is a 5-minute walk from the centre. A free shuttle bus is also available in the summer season.
It is otherwise possible to park in the streets but parking is paid. Please note that the rue de la Villa Louise is reserved for local residents.
Once the car is parked, everything is within walking distance.

Geographical location: on the border of Picardy and Normandy, near Le Tréport, Dieppe, Ault, Saint-Valery, Le Crotoy, the Baie de Somme.
