Le Nichoir du Marais - house with jacuzzi

A true haven of peace, you can enjoy the large open spaces to reconnect and the garden with jacuzzi to relax. A relaxing moment in the jacuzzi, a barbecue and games in the garden, reading by the river, a bike ride along the ponds or the beach, evenings by the fire – this is what your stay at Maison du Nichoir du Marais, at the gateway to the Bay of Somme, will be like! We offer two adjoining houses that form a single unit for your family gatherings or stays with friends, all on 3 hectares of land. The first house can accommodate 4 to 6 people. The main living area is very bright thanks to its dual aspect. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, large fridge/freezer, induction hob). A separate toilet is located next to the kitchen. This house has 2 bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed (160x200cm) and a television (digital terrestrial channels, possibility to add your Netflix and Prime account), and the other with two single beds (90x190cm). Each bedroom has access to the shared bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). In the room leading to the other house, you will find a small TV lounge with a sofa bed and access to the garden. The sofa bed is only made up for groups of 11 or more. A door provides access from this room to the other house, which can accommodate 6 people. The second house is also fully equipped with a private entrance leading to an open-plan living area with a living/dining room and kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, large fridge/freezer, induction hob). Access to the garden is via the adjoining laundry room, which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A separate toilet is located next door. On the first floor you will also find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom: bathtub, sink and toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and sink and 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a sink. The best part? The jacuzzi is open all year round, guaranteeing a relaxing moment soothed by the sounds of birds and marsh animals! If you keep your eyes peeled or bring binoculars, you might spot all sorts of small animals in their natural habitat. The garden has a small outdoor lounge area and a table with chairs for lunch. The house is located next to the Chemin entre Terre et Verre (Path Between Earth and Glass), which stretches from Le Tréport to Incheville: accessible by bike, on foot, or on horseback. A cycle path will also allow you to reach Saint Valery sur Somme (via Ault). Head to the Maison du Nichoir du Marais, between Normandy and the Bay of Somme, for a stay you won't forget! Guests will have access to the two adjoining and connecting houses as well as the grounds. The town center of Eu with all its food shops is only 2km away. The port of Le Tréport and the beach of Mers-les-Bains are also 6km away. The Bay of Somme Natural Park begins in Ault, 10km away. Saint-Valery-sur-Somme is 25km away. Bike, car, on foot – all means are good depending on what you want to do! Private parking is available in front of the house. The house is secured by a gate. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot is available free of charge (we do not provide sheets). The house is located near water sources. If you are coming with children, it is recommended that they not be left unattended and that personal flotation devices be provided. Mölkky and binoculars will be available on site. Charcoal for the BBQ is not provided. We leave a bag of kindling for the wood stove. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mat, and dish towel) as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price. Booking implies prior reading and acceptance of all the terms of the advertisement.
