The Oleander Cottage... This Lovely Cottage is in one of the best Family Oriented neighborhoods in town... Laguna Beach!
LOCATED only 30 Feet from 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'! Beach Access #83 is Directly Across the Street from our property... It's the CLOSEST THING TO OUR FRONT DOOR. ~ Click the Video on Picture 3 in this ad to see the BEAUTIFUL BEACH in Front of this cottage!
No Elevators, No Stairs, No Crowds, Just Grill Out & R E L A X...

This Cottage is a Duplex. There is a Concrete Wall running between the West & East side.
Each Side and has its own Entrance on Opposite Sides of the House. They are completely Separate, Private and Quiet inside.
Each Side one is a has its own completely equipped, recently remodeled, Kitchen with Quartz tops and new Appliances; Family Room with and large TVs; and free WIFI.
Outdoor Shower with hot and cold water (next to your front door). The rear porch, patio, charcoal grill, and laundry area are shared spaces.

For Even MORE Space rent Both Sides and we can unlock the steel security door between each side, and you get 1 Large Cottage...

It Includes 1 Full Size Bedroom (KING BED) + 1 Separate Bunk room (2 singles), 1 Sleeper Sofa, Full Kitchen & Family Room and 1 Bathroom, 1 Private Outdoor Shower, West Sleeps 4 in beds, + includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa, 6 if you use the sleeper. There's a Private Entrance to the West (left) side of the Cottage. There is a concrete wall between the two sides of this duplex. Totally Private.

Includes 2 Full Size Bedrooms (2 KING Beds) + 1 Separate Bunk room (2 single beds), Full Kitchen & Family Room, and 1 Bathroom, 1 Private Outdoor Shower, and Sleeper Sofa. There is a Private Entrance to the East Cottage.

If you have a a Large or Multi-family trip planned you can rent both sides of the cottage.

The Oleander Cottage is...
Located in the quiet Laguna Beach section of Panama City Beach, The Oleander Cottage is on the corner of Front Beach Rd. and Oleander Street. This is certainly one of the quietest, most family oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City you have heard so much about. No getting in the car to go to the beach... it's across the street.

Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach now offers. The Carousel Grocery store and World-Famous Thomas Doughnuts are just down the street. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations.

Pier Park is only a 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy79 (which leads to our International Airport). Frank Brown Park is 3 miles away. Winn Dixie & Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local Restaurants from Fresh Seafood & Oysters to BBQ only minutes away. It's truly the Best of Both Worlds! Relaxed but Close enough to everything you and your family want to do and see.

Nice Winter Break

We so enjoyed our much needed winter break at this cozy beach cottage! It was relaxation and convenience, boasting a spotless interior, and incredibly comfy beds! The gorgeous beach was just steps away for easy morning strolls and sunset watching. I loved it, and we were well cared for by the thoughtful hosts. I will do this again!

was a small walk across a two lane right on to a very unbusy beach. I am 6 ft 250 i would not want to be too much bigger if you wanted to get into the shower. Slept like a baby, just right for a couple.

Loved this little piece of paradise. Bed was SO comfortable. Communication with the property manager was quick. The bathroom is small, but we made it work. We would stay there again!

Beautiful property and very clean!! Wonderful host and very accommodating we took my father in law last minute and she referred us to a wheelchair supplier that made beach wheelchair so he was able to actually go toThe beach! Amazing cottage can’t wait to stay there again!

Perfect stay!

This was an amazing beach get away for my husband and I. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice stay, but not perfect

The property is clean and well maintain. There are some imperfections that guess should be aware of before choosing this property. The bathroom is very small in the shower is RV small. Very difficult to do anything other than stand there, and the water height and direction could be improved with a showerhead that can be removed. In addition, the property is next to the road. You can hear Rose noise frequently. Of course we picked the weekend when there’s 60,000 owners in town so that didn’t help and is on us. also it would be nice to have Coffee and hot drink options available with a Keurig similar set up. Amount of expected work to be done. Seems like a little much and you especially when you’re paying an extra fee for the housekeeper to clean. The host is communicative and went out of her way to get you beach chairs for us, which was wonderful. You’re not going to have a tragic or terrible day, but it may not be perfect day that 5.0 ratingwould make you expect.

Oleander Cottage West Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Oleander Cottage West. Being able to cross the road and be on the beach was so convenient and kept us from having to tote food, coolers, etc to the beach during the day—we could quickly run back to the cottage to eat or refresh! We were also able to enjoy the Laguna Beach Golf Cart Parade and fireworks from both tourists and local residents in the neighborhood and on the beach! It made for a great Fourth of July week and celebration!

Beachy and Breezy 5 Stars

The Oleander West cottage was absolutely perfect for us. It was beyond comfortable in the sleeping accommodations and the convenience of having a huge outdoor shower with hot/cold water was an added bonus. Everything needed for a great beach week was provided and the location was a few steps to the beach. We also enjoyed our evenings on the cool and breezy back patio. We can't wait for an opportunity to return.

Fabulous Experience

Terrific small cottage

One cannot beat the location of this one bedroom cottage right across the street from the beach access in Laguna Beach. The unit was small but had everything needed to enjoy our stay. There were beach chairs, sunscreen, towels and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items. The unit was updated and cute, cute, cute as well as very clean! The master bed had a very comfortable mattress as well. I hope we can come back again very soon!

Location!

This rental was just a few minute walk to the beach. The location couldn't have been better. The inside shower is a little small but the shower outside was very private so I just used that instead. We would book this rental again for sure.

Fabulous!

We loved every minute of our stay. We loved no stairs or elevators. We could be on the beach in 3 minutes...and that was waiting on a car to pass so we could cross the street. The kitchen area was perfect and we had everything we needed! We love older houses, so we felt very cozy. Not a critique- but the shower is TINY and if you are short (I'm 5'6"), the shower head is really high and it's a little difficult to not get hair wet. But not a complaint! Just know there is no sharing the bathroom. Only 1 at a time can be using that space. We also brought our Roku stick and were able to watch our streaming services at night! I am a reader, so the couch and chairs were cozy for reading on our rainy days. Would love one more lamp in the living room- but we would just borrow a bedroom lamp. Overall we would absolutely stay here again and again!!! Super easy no contact rental process! We had neighbors with 3 small children and we barely heard them, so it is a very quiet duplex space. Loved the keyless entry and parking area. We will be back!

Perfect cottage directly across from beach!

This is a great little cottage! Clean and comfy! David and Lisa are great hosts and check on with you to make sure everything is going well for you! Our weather was not great by any means, but having this place made it better! It is located out of the traffic. Carousel Market is right down the street and has everything you need for food and alcohol. Charcoal grill outback was great. Highly recommend renting from David and Lisa! They have several choices. Can't wait for next trip!
