Beliggende direkte på smukke Lake Powell og Philips Inlet, giver vores Condo øjeblikkelig adgang til vandet fra vores bådrampe på stedet. Nyd fiskeri, sejlsport, jetski, paddle-boarding, slanger, kajaksejlads og svømning i søen. Eller tag dine kølere og badehåndklæder og kør videre til det klare smaragdvand og sukkerhvide strande i bugten - kun 5 minutter væk. Selvfølgelig med 2 pooler på stedet kun få skridt fra vores dør, foretrækker du måske blot at slappe af og arbejde på din solbrun her.

Absolutely Best Spring Break Vacation

The perfect place for family on vacation! Quiet location and easy access to everything in Panama City and Rosemary Beach. Can’t wait until we can stay again and make more memories with our family!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We came with our family of 5. The house has the best of both worlds- being on the lake and a very short distance from the ocean/beach. The two onsite pools were never busy. The beds were comfortable and house was stocked with everythijg necessary, including things for the beach. Owners and property manager were very helpful, informative, and friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to return.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway!

What a beautifully decorated condo! Loved everything about it. So conveniently located to great restaurants such as Shades, Donut Hole and Old Florida Fish House on 30A. Also, located close to Pier Park and not too far from outlets at Destin. Plan on taking our boat or jet ski back with us the next time and enjoy the lake. Cara and the owners are great!

Family 4th of July

Our family had a great time staying at this condo for the 4th of July weekend. The condo had plenty of room and was stocked with more amenities than advertised. We were conveniently located close to public beach access and the two pools on property were clean and not at all crowded. Check in and check out was easy and we had no problems at all communicating with the property manager. We would absolutely stay here again.

SO RELAXING!

My family and I had such a wonderful and relaxing time at Pirates Cove! The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. It is conveniently located near stores and beaches. There was a spacious grilling area and the view was spectacular. The manager of the property was beyond amazing. She was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend this rental for couples and families!

Great experience :)

Our stay was first rate from check in to checkout. The townhouse was well decorated and clean. The location, while not beachfront was extremely close to several public beach access areas. Beds were very comfortable and the townhome was very spacious. Communication with agent was quick and easy when needed. We met Mike the unit owner and he was very gracious and helpful with local information and Pro Tips for getting around and where to go! Thank you for a great vacation! I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We enjoyed staying at this condo for our family vacation. It is very peaceful and fun filled for the kids. My grand children really enjoyed their selves. The boat ramp and pier was a plus for my husband. This unit is decorated very nicely. I can go and on about this unit. Ms. Cara was very easy to work with. We will be staying here again. It was a little far out of Panama City but it was perfect for us, because of young children. We got to meet the owner and it was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I give this unit 5 stars and pat on the back. Thanks for allowing us to use your condo.

Ok, not great.

Our stay was fine. Location is quiet but not convenient for beaching or PCB area access. Pools are not heated. Affordable and roomy however a nice hotel would have saved us money. The condo check-in was smooth. I would say the cleanliness is average. Very topical, as at first glance it appeared clean but corners, base boards, under beds/ couches was very dirty. Shower curtain was a bit moldy. Mattresses are older style pillow top. They’re ok, but not great. Pillows were awful.

A GREAT VACATION!

This wonderful, updated condo has more than enough room for our family of five. It has a well stocked kitchen, as well as comfortable furniture and beds with quality linens. It is perfectly located in a quiet complex that has everything we needed to make our stay memorable. We love being close to shopping and entertainment, but not in the middle of the PCB craziness. Our kids fished off the dock early in the morning and late into the night, catching their share of mangrove snapper, which were delicious! Every day we launched our John boat into Lake Powell from the Pirate's Cove boat ramp and motored over to the beach at Phillips Inlet. When we weren't playing in the Gulf, we were kayaking or catching bait fish and crabs 50 ft across the beach in the inlet. The beach isn't heavily populated at this location and was just right for our family. AND, we collected tons of shells in the surf. The pool (in front of the condo) is a great place to take a late afternoon dip. Cara is a dream to work with and truly strived to help us have a great stay. We loved this place and will be back... thanks for sharing your home with us!

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed staying at this condo for our beach trip this year. It was the first time we have stayed somewhere other than directly on the beach. It was quiet and the kids definitely enjoyed having the pool to themselves for most of our stay. Cara was fast to correct the problems we had (a cleaning mix-up and slow drain), wish we could have entered the unit and seen how beautiful it is right away. A note for people using the pull out sofa: sheets were provided for this bed, but there were no extra blankets/comforter, etc; so be sure to bring extra blankets if you plan to use the pull out sofa. Also, if you are tall, you will not do well with the shower on the 1st level. I had to do a back bend to wash my hair. Lastly, make sure you bring extra toilet paper/paper towels. We had to make a trip to the store on our first day for these essentials as we didn't realize they were not provided. This was my first experience with vrbo and all in all we would do it again. Cara was very helpful in ideas of places to go and things to do, and a pleasure to speak with and rent from.

This property was nice and the owners were very attentive. It’s out of PCB, so there’s not as much traffic and bustle. It’s an older home, but had everything we needed!

The perfect location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and quiet away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough that it took no time to get to where we were going. We will definitely be staying again.

Great vacation

Great secluded get-away in small, peaceful neighborhood with a scenic view, just across the highway from a beautiful beach and the crowds of vacationers. The condo was impeccably clean and a delight to stay in.

Exactly as listed

Read the description because it is exactly what you will get. I would describe this as an “old-school” or “throwback” Florida stay. Walk down to the pier and hang out or bring kayaks. Condo is clean and has the basics. Plenty of four for four people. Short drove to the beach restaurants and grocery store. Easy stay.

She and her husband grew up in neighboring small Alabama towns, only 90 minutes from the beautiful Florida beaches. They've spent their whole lives enjoying all kinds of beach activities like swimming, snorkeling, fishing, canoeing, and boating. Panama City Beach was the natural choice when they wanted to purchase their own piece of paradise. As a true Southerner, Cara loves to share the famous 'southern hospitality' with her guests at her own property as well as the others she manages. She'd love to host you and your family. You're certain to fall in love with this beautiful condo - in fact, you probably won't want to leave!

The main reason the owners chose this property was because of the direct access to Lake Powell and the gulf beach thru Philips Inlet. At Pirate's Cove they like to fish, participate in a variety of water sports, have use of a private boat landing, and enjoy 2 swimming pools. Plus, it's all just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, the beach, and Pier Park.

The really unique feature of this property is its location - with Lake Powell being one of a few natural lakes in the world with a natural inlet that flows right into the gulf. You can use a boat or other watercraft to go to the beach from our own private boat landing. This Pirate's Cove condo has a great view of the lake, and it is very quiet and family-friendly.
