Great house, great location!

The house exceeded our expectations, clean, comfortable beds and furniture. We loved the rooftop deck where you have both ocean and bay views where we enjoyed wonderful sunsets. Plenty of seating for our gatherings both at the large kitchen table and high top table.

Great family beach vacation

We loved this bright, cheerful and tastefully decorated house on LBI! Plenty of bedrooms and baths for privacy and the open floor plan was perfect for family gatherings. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen. kitchenkitchenkitchkitchewelequiwith

Beautiful Beach House

We just spent 2 weeks at this beautiful home! The house had everything we could possibly need and the decor is so well done. Everything is new and clean. There was plenty of space for my family with 3 kids and my sisters family also with 3 kids! The location to the beach is really great. We could easily come back for lunch and return with no trouble. You do have to cross a busy street so if you have young children they can not go it alone. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Thank you Jess and Craig for everything.

Wonderful 3 generation family vacation

This spacious and clean beach house is in a prime location of Long Beach Island. The beach is just steps away. The owner was easy to communicate with and agreed to a special request we had. Nelson Avenue Park, around the corner, has 6 new Pickleball courts, a soccer field, basketball hoop and playground which added to the enjoyment of our stay. We have stayed in houses all around LBI and this was the best house that fit all our needs. We hope to return next year.

Great home and spot!

This house was super clean, comfortable, very modern, furnished beautifully, and in a great location (near a bike rental place, ice cream, playground, beach). The owners were also communicative and very nice. The only thing we didn't realize when we rented the house was that it was on the main road, which meant that we heard a lot of traffic (perhaps because it was a holiday weekend).

to improve

nice but one of the bed rooms you have to walk through a BR to get to it, no TV's in all the BR.

Thanks for the review Howard, but the attached bedroom for the kids and the bedrooms which have TVs are all called out clearly in the full description of the house. For details like these taking time to read the description or asking questions is always the best course. Hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Clean, well decorated and perfect location

Very clean, well decorated, and everything worked well. Enjoyed the location quite a bit, as it was very quiet (particularly the beach). Only real issue was the main road was a little stressful with the kids.

A lovely home at the beach

The house was a perfect place to be with family with the smallest walk to the beach. In a quieter part of the town, just on the outskirts of Beach Haven. It was lovely....also having kids the house was great because just down the road is a ice cream store which is a massive plus. All the amenities in the house were great and the layout works really well with more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend it for your family.

Jersey gem

House is immaculate, well thought out, and decorated beautifully. We loved the rooftop deck and outdoor shower. Definitely bring bikes or rent them a block away. Far enough from town traffic but close enough to hit the amazing strip of various restaurants and activities. Have to cross street to get to the beach steps away. Perfect for all ages. Can't wait to go back!!

Excellent LBI experience & staying at this property made it even best.

Description of this property is very accurate. Very nice and very clean house. The kitchen and living room is very spacious that can accommodate a lot of people without being in each other's way. Rooms are beautiful. Huge front parking space for 5 vehicles. Owners Jess & Craig were so great and very very nice people. They were very communicative and responsive to my emails/inquiries. I definitely recommend this place and definitely go back for another LBI getaway.
