SunDestin 1508 is a newly-renovated three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasting incredible gulf-front views of the sparkling crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches, and is located in the hub of central Destin.

Your vacation home sports a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and one guest bedroom, two double beds in the additional guest bedroom, a twin-size kids bed nestled in the hall area, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. This upscale and welcoming condo has been recently renovated with new wood flooring as well. Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom with a king-size bed on your right, which includes a large television. This guest bedroom leads into a guest bathroom, also accessible from the hallway, featuring a brand-new single vanity and tub/shower combination. Nestled to the right of the first bedroom is a set of twin-size bunks, ideal for children to relax and unwind in their own space. Enjoy an in-unit, full-size washer and dryer combination too, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The additional guest bedroom is located to the left of the entrance and offers two twin-size beds and a television in a welcoming atmosphere. The additional guest bathroom also offers a new single vanity and tub/shower combination. At the end of the hall, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen on your right, offering an open layout concept adjoining the dining area and living room. The kitchen has been completely redesigned with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, as well as a beautifully-tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the condo.

This home can sleep 12 people if two guests sleep on the double beds in the second guest room and the double sofabed is used.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great family place

This was a beautiful condo. This place was clean and we had plenty of towels and blankets. When we arrived it was clean and welcoming. The location was perfect and the view was breathtaking.

The condo was great and the view was amazing! We hung out at the pool a lot. The only thing I would say is that there are not many pool chairs so you have to get down to the pool pretty early to grab a spot.

Best view with everything you need!

The building is nice and clean, our room was nice. It has a great beach access, two pools and a splash pad and hot tub. Also snow cones the kids loved and a nice restaurant inside. Also beach adult drinks :) I’ll definitely stay again, very friendly staff and people. Beautiful waters and def go to crab island, it’s worth a day!

Everything was so seamless and easy, from booking to check in. The property was exactly how advertised. It accommodated all of our needs and then some! The location was perfect, conveniently located to just about everything. The on-site bar and grill was an added plus. Overall this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Loved Everything!

My husband and I travelled with our 3 children under 4 to the beach for a few days- this property was perfect from start to finish! It was clean and had all the things a family or guests would need for comfortable stay. It was plenty of space, wonderful view, great amenities at the resort and overall a great time. Would definitely book again!!

Needs some TLC

The pictures of this property were taken many years ago. While the unit has been updated since the building has been built, it is already showing wear. Everything was OK as long as you don't look too closely. I am tall, so the dust and ick around the light fixtures, on the walls and ceiling and on top of the refrigerator are easy to see. It needs a good scrubbing - especially corners. However, the view was fantastic, the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The beach in Destin is beautiful. The staff at SunDestin were extremely nice and helpful.

Very nice finishes and in room amenities.

The suite had full sized washer/dryer, lots of kitchen appliances- blender, toaster, coffee pot, microwave . A full complement of dishes, glassware and cook ware. A great place to vacation.

Worst experience ever with Vacasa

There were sands all over the floor and bath towels. One of the AC vent in guests room was not working properly and it’s bathroom tub was clogged. No blankets!!! Called Vacasa and they said there were no emergency so they won’t send people till next day, they stated that they will call before coming over but NO calls and NO follow ups!!! Sink light was not working (resort had to send a technician to help us out because Vacasa did NOT send anyone). Dryer wasn’t working, had to dry clothes 3 times for them to get dried. Landry room’s door was broken and was leaning loose on the wall. It almost hit my head when I was washing clothes. One guest room does not have any outlets and the others have tons. Worst experience ever at this resort. Will not book with Vacasa ever again.

Comfort at the Beach!

This condo has a very well equipped kitchen, large refrigerator, large balcony overlooking the gulf, and lots of room for a large crowd. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The living area may seem small for sum, it having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a large outdoor space makes up for that. Would definitely stay here again….we had a great time!

Beautiful Condo with a Nice View

Loved the location of this condo. Located right on the beach. In the morning I sat on the balcony and enjoyed the ocean view. We saw dolphins one morning. The bar/restaurant onsite was very convenient for a quick bite to eat and a nice cold drink. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo! Great location!!

This condo was absolutely wonderful! Great central location, beautiful interior, very spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked with dishes and towels. Great having a washer & dryer right in the condo! Refrigerator has an ice maker. TVs in every room. Lots of storage in bathrooms! Such a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony! We loved the beach area...so clean and perfect white sand!! We really loved almost everything about this condo. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was this: many of the dishes we pulled out were dirty (which I know is often responsibility of previous tenants) - all frying pans were so dirty and black we could not get them clean and could not cook a lot of the food we bought. Also could have used a couple of extra blankets in the room - we had some chilly nights. A couple of the showers drained very slow, but not a huge deal. Only other complaint was not being able to check in until 4PM - all other guests we were traveling with were able to check in early at their condos, but because this was Vacasa we were not allowed to. We understand, it was part of the contract, but it was a little annoying. On the other hand, there was no blow dryer in the condo and I called and they brought a new one right over, so that was great! I would highly recommend this condo. It was really amazing overall!!!

Absolutely perfect place

We loved our stay at this rental. Right on the beach in a great area. Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. It was just what we needed for our family.
