The photos of this place do NOT do it justice! It was huge. Neautifully decorated. The accessibility to the pool with younger children was unmatched. The beach was beautiful. The maintenance folks responded immediately and took care of the one issue we had. Check was easy and the management company went the extra mole to get us into our unit immediately upon arrival since our plane landed several hoirs before cjeck-inI. I would stay here again without hesitation!

The check in and check out was a little bit confusing. Definitely needed to change the lock at the condo from code entering to using a key pr card reader. We having a hard time entering to code to open the door every time. Not so happy about that issue. But everything else turn out great . We all have enjoy our stay

Very clean upon arrival and awesome location for access to the pool and the beach. Will hopefully be staying here again in the future. Entire family loved it!

Gorgeous condo and beaches. The first floor access to the pool was so convenient. Lots of space for family fun. Pictures are a good representation of the rooms. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely Wonderful. Great Ground Floor Location. Plenty of AC for the summer months. Reserved parking was a definite plus. Pool and beach staff were very attentive.

The place was beautiful! Plenty of space for all my family, decorated to give you that "stay on the beach" feel, the kitchen was fully stocked with items you need to cook, and the pool was right outside our patio gate. Could have done a better job with the cleaning a bit (all the doors to the drawers in the kitchen were sticky) - everything else was fabulous!

Wonderful Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for small children as far as easy access to the pool and the beach. No dragging all of our pool/beach stuff up and down an elevator. The condo’s location was very convenient to grocery stores, gift shops and restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. Being on the ground-floor corner made it especially convenient for quick access to the pool. Since it's on the ground level, there isn't a beach view, but the patios (lanai) were a great place to relax.There were a few things that could be improved. The welcome email/text provided the address for the wrong building (1048 instead of 1050), and there were no instructions about parking or accessing the parking garage. The assigned parking spaces are in the garage, which requires the key fob for entry, as does the building itself. Once we figured it out, the parking spots were conveniently located near the entrance, and the unit is just down the hall. However, the spaces are fairly tight and located next to two poles, making parking a little challenging.One thing to be aware of is that this unit does not include the beach chair and umbrella membership. Rentals are available, but you'll pay the full daily rate (about 65 for two chairs and an umbrella). You're welcome to bring your own beach chairs, but the beach does not allow personal umbrellas or tents.We also noticed that the blue/lavender-colored toilet doesn't flush well unless you hold the handle down for a few seconds.Overall, this was a very nice condo in a great location. The easy access to the pool, pool bar, beach, outdoor showers, and rinse stations made for a very enjoyable stay. We'd be happy to stay here again.

This is our 3rd stay at Silver Beach and the 2nd time in this unit over the past 3 years. We love the location on the ground floor and easy access to parking. The condo is very spacious and perfect for a family of 5-7 people. All three showers have been renovated but the whole condo needs a face lift. The heating unit is out on the dryer and does not dry at all. It would be great to have a broom, mop and vacuum available to clean the floors throughout the week. The front door locks are difficult to open. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will continue to book at Silver Beach.

Breathtaking

I was a little skeptical about my stay because I’ve never used this service before. I had a hard time finding my room, but once I did find it, I was amazed. The view was awesome. Being on the first floor allowed a limited view of the beach, but I could still see and hear the peacefulness of the waves. The only con was the construction right outside our window during the early morning hours. I was notified about the construction during booking though. I give it 5 stars.

Our experience was a 10/10. This place was fantastic! It was located in the perfect spot. We never drove more than 5 miles to get to any attractions or restaurants, the beach and water were amazing and the pool was great. Being on the first floor was really nice for the family so they could get quick access back to our rooms. The check in was very easy and the check out was just as simple. It was very convenient having a stop light at the driveway entrance also for quick and safe exit and entry to the building. Hands down best experience for our first family vacation. I would go back to this place in a heartbeat!
