Swimming pool and countryside just a stone's throw from Paris

We welcome you to our spacious, 200 m² home, fully equipped with all modern comforts and elegantly renovated in 2018, featuring a courtyard and a 200 m² garden, located in a very pleasant neighborhood near Paris and Disneyland.

You can enjoy two outdoor areas: the courtyard and the 200 m² garden.
In the courtyard, there is a small garden table.
In the sunny garden, surrounded by listed peach tree walls, there will be a pool and a small vegetable garden.
For your meals, you’ll find a large Fermob table, a patio umbrella, a grill, and an Ooni pizza oven. There’s also garden furniture for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif.

We renovated the house in 2018. It was originally a street-facing residence with an added section for horticultural activities, including a stable (now part of the kitchen) and a drying room (now the master bedroom!). During the renovation, we redesigned the layout to make the most of the garden.

When you walk through the porch from the street, you’ll find the front door of the house in the courtyard. On the first floor: an entryway, a separate restroom (with double-hinged doors, suitable for both children and adults), a kitchen that opens onto the dining room with a picture window overlooking the garden, and a large living room with a picture window also facing the garden. You can use the wood-burning stove in the winter; there will always be wood available.
On the first floor: to the right of the staircase, the master suite with a queen-size bed and closets, a bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, and to the left of the staircase:
- a large playroom with desks, board games, Legos, PetShop toys, a dollhouse, and a sofa area.
- a children’s bedroom with a Montessori bed, a fabric playhouse, books, and toys for 4-year-olds. A second bed can be added upon request.
- A children’s bedroom with a treehouse bed and a pull-out bed, a desk, a bookshelf, and toys for 7-year-olds.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet (with a double-hinged door suitable for both children and adults).
On the second floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a desk, and books for everyone; and a landing with plenty of DVDs.
A staircase leads to the second-floor bedroom as well as the laundry room (with a washer, dryer, and clotheslines) located on the first floor.

Our children’s bedrooms can also accommodate adults; the beds measure 90x190 cm, with the exception of the pull-out bed, which measures 90x180 cm.

If you’re traveling with a child under 3 years old, we can provide the necessary supplies (potty, travel crib).

We provide bed linens and bath towels, dish towels and tablecloths, as well as cleaning supplies. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Upon your departure, we ask that you make the beds, empty the dishwasher and trash cans, and leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Cleaning is done after your departure and is included in the final price.

We also ask that you leave the garden clean and tidy.

You can easily park your car in the neighborhood; parking is free year-round.

We have several pets that bring joy to our children: two rabbits, Bandit and Fleur; three fish, Momo, Julie, and their baby; a turtle, Franklin; and a cat, Châtaigne. The fish and the turtle are self-sufficient and do not need to be fed. The cat spends most of its time outside but comes inside to eat its kibble and drink from the water fountain. It can stay outside if you prefer.
