This property was clean and comfortable for a small family. The owner has always been very responsive. The parking pass is a plus. It is in a quiet development and a short drive , bike ride or walk to the town and beaches. There are also several restaurants and casual eateries/coffee shops very close by. We have stayed here several times and would visit again.

We had a great stay! It’s a clean and close to the Bethany boardwalk. Don’t make our mistake and read the instructions closely. You need to bring your own sheets and towels.

Great stay!

Enjoyed a relaxing week with our kids here. Lots of games, toys, books for us to use. Pool very close so was easy to have lunch at the pool. Nice that there is chairs and umbrella to make it easier for us. Would rent again!

We had a great time staying at this property. Having the outdoor shower for after beach cleanup and the pool for the kids to have as an option was great. The residential parking pass was incredibly helpful and the drive was short to the beach/boardwalk. The host communicated quickly and effectively when we had questions. There are some solid places within walking distance to check out (my wife loved the Italian Market). Only negative we had was the adult beds were a bit firmer than what my wife and I are used to (the kids beds were soft though). My kids both were asking when we were coming back.

Thanks again for letting my family of 4 stay at this great property! The listing was as advertised.Having the parking pass made the drive and parking at the beach easy and saved on the cost of having to pay to park even if we just wanted to stop by and shop the boardwalk or grab a bit to eat.The property owner was easy to communicate with and I would recommend this for anyone looking for a great place to stay within an easy drive to all Bethany Beach (and all the nearby beaches) have to offer.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Our family had a terrific vacation here!! Condo was very clean and had everything you might need during your stay! It’s in a great location in Bethany and within walking distance to so much! The checkin process and communication with the owner was very easy and they where very responsive to our needs! We will be back highly recommend!

Overall, great experience. House was clean and in good condition. Communication with property owner was easy and prompt with any questions that I had with the property during our stay. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Bethany.

Gem place of the Beach

Excellent home for a stay at the beach! Very close to all that you would need. It's minutes away from the beach, many restaurants, the town center, boardwalk, pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. This is our second year here in a row, we absolutely love it here, and hope to be back again next year! Great communication, very clean home, quiet neighborhood !!

Beautiful Beach House

A lovely place to spend an anniversary week. The house was comfortable, well furnished, pleasingly decorated. The bed was comfortable - a big plus! We would gladly stay there again. It was only a mile to the beach, and included a parking pass. Really everything we could want in a beach rental. We had a special time there.

While we planned to bring our two grandchildren with us, they were not available due to their sport seasons. However, this property would have easily accommodated our needs. We appreciated the cleanliness and enjoyed our stay. We look forward to a return visit.

I think this was our fourth year at Sandy Bottoms, and we are ready to book for 2026! The house is so comfortable and clean. It was the perfect size for our family of five (couple, grandparent, and two young kids). We love the pool for when we need a break from the beach. Plenty of games, toys (home and sand), and books to keep everyone busy. The beach umbrella and chairs create a convenient day at the beach. The resident parking pass is worth its weight in gold - we always park within one block of the ocean front. But it’s also easy to walk to the beach, mini golf, etc. if you wanted to. The outdoor shower is the best for “sand management”! Conveniently located near small shops and restaurants and not too far from the grocery stores. Courtland is a fabulous, communicative host.

50th surprise bday party

We were in town for a friends’s surprise 50th birthday party. Sandy Bottoms was within walking distance to the location of the party. We had a nice stay at Sandy Bottoms. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with, we had quick response times if we had any questions. We had no problems and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable place with good proximities

We had a very comfortable stay at Sandy Bottoms. The owner was responsive to our questions. We chose this place because it had just the right mix of amenities and proximity to the beach, boardwalk, grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, bike rental, etc. The pool and tennis court onsite were nice to have, and the residential parking pass really came in handy! The house was clean and tidy and included basic furnishings (i.e., not luxurious) and that’s perfectly fine. We are planning to come back again soon!

Excellent stay

This was our second time staying at this property. It is a short drive to the beach and town of Bethany. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. Communication with the owner was great. He even arranged to have packages of bath tissue delivered to the house after I mentioned that there was none. He did this without me asking. Would definitely recommend for small groups/families. I noticed plenty of games, beach umbrella, chairs and of course the outdoor shower is great to have.

Great location

I was more than happy staying at this property. The house is just as described and pictured. Perfect for a girls trip or family with kids. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean. The home owner was very quick to respond with any questions and even checked in to make sure everything was okay. It is less than a 5 minute drive into the center of Bethany. I loved the outdoor shower. We watched deer from the back deck right across the street. I will definitely stay here again and have even shared the information with my family and friends.

Fourth of July fun

Courtland‘s home was the perfect size for my two daughters and me. It was in close proximity to my family and Bethany West. We found the kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans and all the tools we needed to cook the family meals. The place was spotless, and we appreciated it being equipped with cleaning and paper products. Courtland was very easy to communicate with, and I would 100% recommend her home.

Glad to be back

This was our 3rd stay at Sandy Bottoms, and we plan to return. It's perfect for our three-person family. There is a very chill vibe. Our kiddo loves the pool and pickle ball court, as well as all the toys and games the hosts provide. The relative privacy at the back makes a calm view and a nice place to hang out. The outdoor shower feels great and definitely helps with "sand management". One of our favorite qualities of this house is the very comfortable beds - much higher quality mattresses than you find in most rentals. The residence pass makes it a breeze to park near the beach and boardwalk. Thanks and see you next year!
