Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and separate toilet; travel crib available for children. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven/microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and coffee maker. Separate laundry room with washer and freezer. Wi-Fi and 40" flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the living room.

The house is furnished to comfortably accommodate between 4 and 6 people in various configurations (couple + young children / couple + older children / 2 couples / others.....)
Living room: 2 two-person sofa beds (110x185 and 140x190).
Bedroom: 1 queen-size bed (160x200)

Ideal for a family vacation or a couple’s getaway; No daily rentals—minimum one week.
No smoking in the apartment—pets allowed. Linens and sheets are not provided (except for the duvet on the double bed, pillows in the bedroom, and one sofa bed).

A complete packet with access instructions and recommendations is sent via email at the time of booking, and a security deposit of 500e by check will be required upon arrival (except for international guests, for whom the deposit will be collected by Vrbo at the time of booking).
