Lovely home, peaceful country setting. Short drive to all KC area offers

Very pleasant guests. Easy to communicate with and observant of our house rules. We will welcome them back in the future, but would have a conversation about easy things they can do to make cleaning for our next guests much easier and less labor intensive.

We sincerely appreciate the great care these guests take of our property and love having them come again and again.

Very friendly guests. Easy to communicate with and understanding when a couple things went awry that were beyond our control. We would love to have them return. 😊

Very respectful guests. They took great care of our property, were friendly, and we would welcome them back in the future and recommend them to other hosts.

Very pleasant and respectful guests who took great care of our property. We would love to have them return and recommend them to other hosts.

Ken and his wife were wonderful guests! They took excellent care of our place and left it in great shape. They were easy to communicate with and very respectful. We would love to have them return.

Unfortunately, our experience was not as positive. Cleaning in preparation for our next guests took several hours longer than is typical, including cleaning up a puddle of grease in the bottom of the oven, which also made the entire property smell bad, but did explain why the kitchen window was left open for hours while they were gone. It was in 50s outside and I assume the furnace was running. It doesn’t explain why all the lights and the TV were left on during said time (many hours while no one was there). But the worst part was driving a vehicle onto our lawn to deliver and pick up a smoker (or grill). No one asked permission to do this. I could make a longer, more detailed list but I’ll stop here. I wish this had been a better experience. We are positive people and like to give good reviews.

Guests were easy to communicate with. Cleaning was a little more involved, but I anticipated this as they had 3 young children with them. Overall they took good care of things and we would welcome them back.

Pat and her friends were excellent guests. Very easy communication and they took very good care of our property. We would happily welcome them back!

Very respectful guests. They left everything in great shape and we would love to have them return.

Pleasant, respectful guests. Would welcome back in the future.

Very nice guests! We would love to have them return.

We love having Mark and family at the Cottage for Thanksgiving. They are wonderful returning guests!

Jeanie and her group were great guests. Easy, pleasant communication and they took really good care of our property. We would love to have them return.

Guests were easy to communicate with and followed special instructions well (they needed additional parking). In general things were left in good shape, although the kitchen floor and counter were very messy. We were perplexed as to why the thermostat was set at 62 degrees when it was in the low to mid 70s outside. We would rent to them again.

Thank you so much for your kind words, Melissa. And thank you for leaving things in great shape. I hope your mother-in-law does well with her treatments. I'm certain your visit meant a lot. We'd love to have you return sometime!
