Such a lovely space for my family and I to stay. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and accommodations for everyone to sleep. Beach views were fabulous and condo was clean and very well kept. Super accessible to everything in town and great location! Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to town.

Great views! Saw dolphins every morning we were there! Condo is very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well stocked. Bring your own beach towels and beach toys. Board games and books are on shelves in laundry room. This condo is as described! Book it and expect a full reset of your mind and body! We will be back!

Mostly a great experience! The only complaint I would have is that there was sand on the floors at check in.

Everything as pictured. Host offered additional night with discounted prices which was very helpful because we didn’t get everything done in the time we allowed ourselves. Seen dolphins far away from the balcony views. Loved the swimming area! The beach staff were insanely nice and helpful! Found nice shells and fun times for my kids catching and releasing crabs on the beach. Kitchen well stocked. We went to Walmart and got the things needed to make a few meals here. Only negative thing which isn’t awful at all but the lights in some of the rooms wouldn’t work but lots of lamps helped.

Wonderful!

We had the best time staying here. Everything was amazing, from the condo itself to the awesome view. We liked being up high because we could see so much more, like the dolphins swimming by every morning. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. I also like that there are only four units per floor. No long waits for elevators and plenty of space at pool and on beach. Will definitely rent this one again!

Just Beautiful.

The view is beautiful. Nothing like waking up, having a cup of coffee and looking out at the beach and ocean. The unit had everything we needed to cook the meals we decided to cook. Only bad thing was the porch outlet kept popping when plugging in our laptop. I would definitely rent this place again.

Perdido Condo

Great location on the beach and wonderful views. Some appliances need to be updated but not a big deal since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit. Two pools which was nice. Wonderful view of the ocean although the listing is misleading calling this a “penthouse” unit. It isn’t only floors 19 and 20 from it looks like.

My stay

Everything was very adequate and well besides the dryer machine. It would take countless rounds to fully dry the clothes which was a big pain. Besides from that everything was good and fulfilled our satisfaction.

Stayed for a month

The condo was very clean. We really enjoyed our time there. Although the issues are very minut, I will address them. We had several days of a hard. driving rain & wind. We had to lower the hurricane shudders. The strong rain and heavy winds caused the shudders to rattle very loud all night. We got little, if any, sleep. Also the balcony furniture was very dated and uncomfortable.

I didn’t want to leave!!!

This unit and view was everything it said it was and more. This was my dream vacation. I’ve had Perdido Key on my bucket list for a while now and staying at this condo was the BEST decision. Everyone had room to spread out. The veranda is gorgeous. Master bed and bath are just like the pictures! Queen bed in 2nd bedroom and bunk beds in 3rd bedroom. Full kitchen loaded with everything except measuring cups (that we could find). Gorgeously decorated. Simple and clean. LOTS of sitting areas overlooking the gorgeous white sand and blue/green water. I will definitely be bringing my family back here often!

Our stay was great! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was that one of the elevators wasn’t working the entire time we were there. There was often a line at the one working elevator.
