Stan was wonderful, very quick to respond to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay, our kids swam for hours each day and my parents loved the shaded spaces. We were a little confused on how the ac worked and whether or not we were allowed to adjust it so it was a little warm at night but we never reached out to ask because it was still comfortable enough. We loved that the house was well stocked with toilet paper, dish soap etc. We have rented many places that don’t have any basics like salt in the cupboards or any paper towels. So it made it feel very welcoming. The signs all over the house make it easy to find things which we really appreciated. Wonderful, quiet location and not too far for a day trip to Joshua Tree. We hope to visit again. My daughter deemed it her “happy place”.

Wonderful for family vacation!

Perfect house for family get-a-way. Extremely well stocked with anything you could need. We cooked every night, kitchen had all the dishes and appliances to make it easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was awesome, no need to go anywhere. Amazing pool and spa, grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Would definitely come again!

Everything was great from check in process to when you leave. The house was very clean, lots of space for a large family. They have everything you need from towels to toiletries, extra blankets and pillows. It was a Beautiful home! I definitely recommend this home.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this big, beautiful house in the most peaceful, lovely neighborhood. The views of the mountains were stunning. The house had every conceivable appliance and amenity that we could ever wish for. All the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms had little stickers telling what was inside, which was an incredible help. We never had to open 10 drawers to find an item. The layout of the home was wonderful, with the bedrooms spaced apart for privacy, perfect for a group. Each bedroom had its own big bathroom, and the primary bedroom even had two bathrooms. The house was spotlessly clean, and the outdoor area was wonderful. We could not find a single thing wrong with this beautiful property. We will definitely be back. We come out to the Palm Springs area every year with the family, and have tried multiple other properties. We always joke about finding the perfect house, and now we have found it.

THE best!

Everything about the property and overall experience was simply THE best a perfect fit for our family to be able to gather from afar to spend quality time together. The pool and games made for great entertainment for the kiddos and adults alike (can anyone top our son's 40K 'Shoot the Moon' score?!) The kitchen had everything we needed and more, to be able to concoct some wonderful meals. The house was very clean, the rooms and bathrooms spacious and plentiful, and the beds and bedding were super comfy. We loved out stay and couldn't have asked for more!

Amazing Place!

We stayed here for a birthday party I planned for my aunt. The house was absolutely perfect for our group! It was equipped with everything we needed. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom. The pool and backyard were absolutely perfect! The location of the house is perfectly located - it is quiet and close to everything. I would highly recommend staying here! It was worth every penny! We will definitely be back!

Great place for a family vacation

This house is an excellent choice for a family get-together. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and there are ample games (ping-pong, foozball) in addition to the pool. The location is ideal for hikers, as it is close to the hiking at Indian Canyon, as well as hikes in the hills above town. The pool and spa heater was not working when we arrived, but the owner was very responsive and was able to get it repaired relatively quickly. This was our first trip to Palm Springs, but it won't be our last!

Family Holiday

Lovely home in quiet area close to Palm Springs activities. Hiking. Restaurants grocery stores. Owners easy to work with. Large home. Well cared for yard and pool/spa area comfortable beds. 2023 Family vacation

After researching several properties on VRBO, we found Stan's Palm Springs house that had all the features we were looking for. Upon arrival, Stan walked me through the entire house to educate me on every room and the features of each. This house was beautiful inside and out. Great sized bedrooms with each one having an ensuite bathroom. The back yard was equally impressive with an awesome pool and spa. Very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for. I would highly recommend this house for people looking to stay in Palm Springs.

Family get away

Short 6 night stay. Loved the house especially the pool/spa. The pool is quite big compared to other houses we have rented. We utilized all 5 bedrooms and it was great to have a bathroom for each. The house was very clean and had lots of kitchen supplies and house amenities in general. We also really liked the location of the house. Close to downtown and we golfed at Indian Canyon next door and it was great to have the 2 sets of clubs to use. I would highly recommend this property. The owners have all the information that you need in the home and if you have any questions they respond very fast. Really enjoyed dealing with owners. We had no issues Nice quiet safe neighborhood Thanks for a great holiday!

A gem!!

Stan is an amazing host! This property is by far the most well equipped house I’ve stayed at. It’s clean, has everything you can think of, is well taken care of and is altogether all you can ask for. The area lost power 2 days before our departure in 110 degree weather. We didn’t even realize we don’t have power until we heard the generator in the back. All the air conditioners continued working while power was out for 10 hours. Thank you Stan for letting us stay at your property. We hope to come back soon!! Alin

Our family ( 8 of us) had a fantastic time staying at the Andreas Canyon location!! The bedrooms were huge and situated so that we all had our own bathrooms, privacy and quiet times. The kitchen was more than supplied with all we needed for meal preparations, even an espresso machine!! The home was equipped with everything we needed in fact. The backyard, pool and hot tub were amazing!! If you are looking for a family stay in Palm Springs or a get away with friends this is your place!! Stan and Juhls were very accommodating and responded to our inquiries quickly. Would definitely rate on a higher scale if available and if we ever travel to Palm Springs again this is our go to stay place! Thanks Stan and Juhls for a wonderful family stay!!

This is a wonderful place to stay with every amenity. You could imagine lots of room to stretch out and relax and most importantly a very peaceful setting. The host was very nice and communicate communicated well.

Great stay

Property was great for my family of 6 adults and 3 grandkids. Something for everyone in house and surrounding area. We enjoyed the golf, hiking and swimming. Great hosts.
