We completely renovated our ocean front condo in 2019 with quartz counter tops and shaker style cabinets in the kitchen. We added new appliances in the kitchen, new living, dining and bedroom furniture, new flooring, 55in Roku TV, bedding, lighting, paint and more! It's modern, crisp, casual, clean and comfortable - a true sanctuary! Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Ditch the car. We are short walks to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, convention center, boardwalk and much more!

The condo itself was very clean but small. Once you open up the sofa bed it is hard to walk around and get to the balcony. Apparently they are constructing a pier just to the left of the building when you're looking at the ocean, so that was disappointing.

Great location

The nice condo was in a great location , great oceanfront view on the beach & easy to walk to the Boardwalk/restaurants. There is a convenient store downstairs that has many things that you may need. The only reason I give this property 4 stars is the lack of quality towels & sheets. If you are driving there, pack your own sheets, beach & bath towels that are not paper thin & scratchy.

Vacation rental

We had a great stay! The condo building itself is not the best looking from the outside but the rental was super cute! You could tell they put some work into renovating it. It is the perfect size for a couples retreat and the view of the beach could not have been better! The owners were quick to answer any questions and were so easy to get a hold of. We called in a small maintenance issue and they sent a guy in first thing the next morning to fix it! My only suggestions would be if you like large bath towels to bring your own, and if you plan on cooking which we did numerous times, the condo comes equipped with the basic cooking utensils, Tupperware, pots, plates, etc but be sure to bring oil, salt and pepper! We found out the hard way when we went to cook eggs the next morning! We plan on staying here again on our next beach trip!

Nice little condo

Communication with the owners was great. We had an issue with the code to get into the condo. What was sent was not accurate. Took an extra 15 to get in. Most of the issues were external and out of the owners control. I'm an honest reviewer so here are the pros and cons....Pros- * Nice little touches like: soaps, towels, sheets, etc.* Great view, location* you don't appeiciate nice balcony furniture until you have it. Great chairs!* nicely decorate* cleanCONS-* there is not a door on the bedroom. It is more like an efficacy. One long room. * the construction outside was horribly loud. Will not be finished until 2026, at best* sheets and towels are very cheap* there is NOT a washer or dryer in the condo. Might be in a community area but there is not one in the condo itself. * very thin walls. Can hear the neighbors upstairs and on the sides. Overall, i would recommend this cute little condo. Thank you for taking pride in your place, we could tell you care!

Quick vacation with spouse

My wife and I decided to go an a quick getaway to Myrtle Beach. We stumble upon this place. We were initially skeptical because of the lack of ratings, but decided to proceed anyway. Boy am I glad we did. The location is great, the upgrades to the condo were just as described, and the owner was very prompt in replying to our questions. We will for sure stay here again.

You can enjoy the most amazing sunrises (and sunsets!) and watch dolphin swim the shoreline from our private balcony; relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; snuggle up with a good book in one of many lounge chairs located in the resort's beautifully landscaped, oceanfront lawn; and walk a couple blocks to a variety of neighborhood restaurants, coffee, donut and ice cream shops and wine bars! We are less than 10 blocks to Myrtle Beach's famous boardwalk and Sky Wheel, a half mile from the convention center, and less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball field!
