This property features Inviting floor plan with roomy living and dining area, split bedrooms, well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, updated bathrooms, laundry closet with washer and dryer in kitchen area, one car garage and screened-in lanai; a perfect place to relax in after a day at the beach or pool. This villa is a part of a private community that offers a heated pool, Jacuzzi, two lighted tennis courts, putting green, picnic area with grills, and a club house with a pool table, full sized kitchen, and Party room. Located in the heart of the Sarasota mainland, close to shopping malls, multitude of culturally diverse restaurants, and plenty of entertainment for your stay. Number of other fantastic and beautiful beaches are close by - Nokomis and Venice Beach to the South and Lido and Bradenton Beach to the North. Great for summer vacation, fall getaway or a wonderful escape during the cold winter months. You will always feel welcomed.

Absolutely a perfect stay. Clean, close to everything, great pool. Host was exceptional with no issues and responded fast with a couple questions. Will stay here again.

10 super nights in Sarasota

This property is in a wonderful development complete with tennis courts, a swimming pool and jacuzzi - a great place for a week or two away in the sun! The condo is well presented with a well stocked kitchen, nice dining area and living room and a clean, functional lanai. Bedrooms were spacious with super soft beds. All in all we had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend this property.

Love the Village Des Pin neighborhood

When in Sarasota we visit beaches daily and this Villa is just several miles away from the powdery sand of Siesta Key. We prefer the tranquility and spaciousness it offers by not being right on the Key. The villa itself was clean, quiet and had comfortable beds. It’s so nice to have a garage and washer and dryer and be located near the pool. Monika was easy to work with and quick to respond to all communication.

Great location

Never having stayed in Sarasota we weren’t sure where this was in relation to things to do - it was perfect. Easy to get in & out. Close to grocery/ liquor store/ restaurants. Lovely pool. One rainy day went to movie- theater in walking distance. Kitchen & Bathrooms fairly well stocked w/ basics - ran out of dishwasher soap TP & garbage bags. Would recommend bringing your own pillows- those supplied are pretty flat. And my sports loving husband was not impressed with the TV size, all minor issues, overall enjoyed our stay PS Definitely shop a Detwiler’s grocery - great fish & meat, produce, ready-mades

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota and thoroughly enjoyed the property. This villa was in a wonderful location for exploring Siesta Key and the surrounding area. We would definitely go back.

Lovely location

Monika’s condo was immaculate, comfortable and nicely decorated. What I really loved was the location. 2 stoplights from 41 but you’d never know it .Very convenient to getting around. The bonus was the beautiful landscaping in Village des pins. Lush and relaxing. Only downside was the pool broke the 2nd day we were there. Unable to use the pool during our 12 days which was a bummer. It was a really nice pool and surroundings.

Great Family Vacation

Great location. Close to everything such as Siesta Keys. Also right by the pool which was great for our kids who wanted to swim everyday. Would definitely rent again. Wish could have stayed longer. Another great perk was being able to park our Suburban inside the garage.

Amazing 2 bedroom condo

We stayed 2 1/2 weeks in this side-by-side condo in Village des Pins. It was very clean and well supplied when we moved in. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. We loved eating out on the lanai and the proximity to the pool was great also. We would highly recommend staying at this condo managed by Monika.

White Pines Sarasota Rental

My wife and I recently rented this condo on White Pines in Sarasota for two weeks. The condo was everything we had hoped for. It was clean (my wife is very fussy about cleanliness), updated and had everything we needed. Sarka was very responsive to any of our questions. The location is great being so near to the big heated pool, clubhouse and one of the two tennis courts. The beach is a short drive away and Costco is only a few blocks away. The area is well kept and many of the people we met at the pool come back to Village Des Pins every year. We highly recommend this condo.

Great Location

The house was very clean and as pictured. The location is close to Siesta Key, shopping, great restaurants and more. We had a plumbing problem and even though Sarka was out of town she took care of the problem quickly. We made use of the pool, hot tube, and putting green on the property. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location and accomodations in Sarasota.

Clean & Bright

My family of four recently stayed at this adorable villa while visiting my husband's parents at the Fountains across the way. I initially booked it due to it being walking distance from their place, but it far exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The property manager was super responsive and helpful, the community was beautifully maintained, and the location was absolutely perfect for us. We intend to stay here again in the future when visiting his folks. Thanks so much for making our trip to Florida absolutely perfect!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Had everything we needed, and more! Our first impression was how clean the condo was. We're very picky when it comes to cleanliness, so we were pleased to see how well-maintained this home was. The location was great for getting to roads leading to everything Sarasota has to offer. The beaches are a nice drive away from the property. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations are nearby. The property and entire complex are very well-maintained. It is a very quiet community. If we find ourselves wanting to stay in the area again, we will definitely be back.

Perfect home away from home!

We were so pleased with this property! We found it to be clean, attractive and well-furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The community is quiet and includes a heated pool and tennis court and is convenient to Sarasota’s attractions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Convenient location in South Sarasota. Quiet community with well kept grounds. We enjoyed our week's stay in this condo Villa. Updated kitchen and furnishings (baths not so much but very clean and acceptable). Like a few others would suggest a TV in master BD. Local property manager was very attentive. All in all, a pleasant stay.
