There is a private pool accessible by residents & guests only--within the pool complex is a large pool, seasonally heated (mid-March to end of April and mid-October thru end of November), ample poolside chairs and lounges, with sheltered as well as sunny seating, children’s wading pool, large hot tub, fire pit, restrooms, & covered gazebo area with built in BBQ grills. Lush tropical landscaping & lagoon pools surround the pool complex; every season has its own beauty.

We fell in love with this unit because of the privacy on the balcony the end unit provides excellent ocean views and the extra windows in the master bedroom (as there is no adjoining unit on the end) and the quality of the upgrades and furnishings.

Windsor Court North has easy elevator access from the parking garage and also offers use of luggage carts for easy move in and grocery / shopping trip unloading.

CLEANING
Our villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest stay. All bedding and towels are refreshed and a complementary "starter kit" is supplied with basic kitchen essentials. A starter supply of paper products is also furnished.

UPGRADES:
The kitchen and both bathrooms have recently been fully remodeled to include new cabinetry, flooring, lighting, counter tops, stainless steel appliances and glass walk-in showers. Furniture, decor and paint all updated in 2025. State of the Art new HVAC system and new Maytag washer & dryer. The furniture in the living room, dining room and master bedroom have all been updated in 2025.

TECHNOLOGY:
For your entertainment, the Living room features a new wall mounted 55” Samsung Smart HDTV . The Master Bedroom features a new 43” Samsung wall mounted 4K Smart TV. The Guest Bedroom has a 43” Samsung wall mounted 4K Smart TV. The internet speed has been upgraded to the fastest available on the Island. Internet speed is ideal for streaming video (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+) and if you do need to do some work (Teams, Zoom, etc). Both bedrooms and the living room have USB charging stations to keep phones and tablets charged.

BEDROOM 1 (MASTER)
The Master Bedroom features a new King bed, large walk in closet, private bath, access to over-sized balcony and new 43" Smart TV, new bedding and pillows and new window treatments with black-out lining. A USB Charging station is located on one night stand.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom features two (2) Queen beds, large walk-in closet, private bath with walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and twin sinks. The bedroom also features a new 43" Smart TV, new bedding and pillows and new window treatments. Beautiful full size dresser and night stand offer ample storage. A USB charging station is located on the desk.

KITCHEN
Updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and French Door refrigerator with ice maker. Also available are a toaster, coffee maker and blender. Full complement of indoor and outdoor dishware including serving pieces, wine / drink glasses, silverware and cookware. The counter has two barstools.

LIVING / DINING ROOM
The large open concept living room offers plenty of seating with a large sectional sofa and two swivel chairs. Sliding door leads to the over-sized balcony equipped with new patio furniture. The 55" wall mounted Smart TV is direct wired for fast internet connection. The separate dining area has seating for 6 at the new full size table. A USB charging station is located in the bar area.

LAUNDRY
Located off of the kitchen, our laundry is equipped with a new full size Maytag washer & dryer set and iron & ironing board.

STORAGE / CONVENIENCE
We have made our owners storage unit in the garage (next to pool access) available for our guests to store beach and golf equipment. We also provide beach chairs for our guests use. Directions for accessing are located in the Laundry room.

PRIVACY / ACCESS
Our villa is equipped with an electronic keyless entry system. Each guest receives their unique code for villa access for the duration of your stay. Windsor Court is located in the Leamington section of Palmetto Dunes, which makes it very private & secure--accessible only through a gate with 24 hour live security on duty. We provide an access pass for your car. (additional passes are available for $40 each).

OTHER ACTIVITIES
There is nothing to compare with riding a bike along the smooth, pristine beach during low tide. And from the beach, miles of safe biking trails wind around lagoons & along the golf courses, providing for never ending interest as you ride.

From our Villa you are steps away from the ocean and the beach, and a short walk away from two premier hotels, the Omni Resort and the Hilton Hotel, which offer fabulous restaurants, a health club, spa and lively evening entertainment

Canoeing or kayaking through the lagoon system is always a fun family activity--rarely are alligators seen, but they always provide something to look for! Both bicycles & canoes are available for rent within easy walking distance of the villa.
