This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view

View from top floor apartment is excellent. Large unpainted patches. Dated everything. Appliances hanging off walls. Remotes not working. Likely a good value if you are a couple with two small children and dont mind shabbyness

Stayed 5 days 07/28/25 to 08/02/25 Could not be happier with our stay at this condo and beach area. Condo was clean & comfortable, and had everything we needed. View from balcony was amazing. Beach and pool area were relaxing and not crowded. Definitely would stay here again, and highly recommend this condo.

Unfortunately not as expected

Pull out sofa was not clean ,had stains , so unfortunately we did not sit or relax in the living room area and enjoy the oceanview patio. Had to stay in the back bedroom with no view.. Not our money's worth.Unit was not as clean as it should have been : baseboards dirty ,needs caulking and trim paint , grout lines in floor tiles could use steam cleaning or ,bleaching.

Very was amazing and room was clean. Lighting in the room was pretty dark due to light fixtures having burnt out bulbs. There are a few loose tiles by the kitchen area

This was my 2nd time staying in this condo. I love how quiet and clean the condo is. Conveniently located and away from the large crowds. My favorite place to stay on the gulf coast

Disappointed in Perdido

The property was nice overall however the room was disappointing. There were several issues with the rokm with a damaged shower, a hole in the ceiling, some mold around air vents, and the biggest problem was an air conditioner that did not work. The entire condo would not get below 78 and the bedroom was about 10 degrees hotter. We contacted the property manager immediately but received no service until almost 5 pm the next day and they could not fix it. We were told to."just tough it out" so we had to move mattresses into the living room and open the balcony door to be able to rest comfortably . The manager called us and finally got a service tech but he came late in the afternoon and got it working but changed a setting and it failed again so we had no air the entire stay and the property managers did not seem concerned. I want a refund. The beach was beautiful and the weather was greeat so the entire trip was not bad, just the a/c problem made night time rough.

Poorly maintained

The property shows it age. As we unpacked the closet door fell off. There are raised tiles in the hall. A hole in the ceiling.Missing lightbulbs. The giant curtain rod fell when we moved the curtain.Exhaust fans screeched unbearably . No reply from property manager when contacted. It was low price and low quality so I guess “you get what you pay for.”

November Stay

The property is dated, but clean. It will sleep 6 due to the bunk beds and couch that turns into bed. It was comfortable for two people. The internet is horrible and the TV kept buffing. The view is awesome. There are a few things that should be updated, but it worked for us.

Windermere Condo

I loved the exhilarating ocean views with sunrises and majestic sunsets. The king size bed was excellent. Eating in the living room table was lovely with the ocean views.

45 anniversary trip

The place was perfect for 2 people. View is awesome. We slept well on the bed which is great because we both have back problems. The living room furniture could be better, was not comfortable. There needs to be some tile work done in hallway, lose tiles and floor doesn't seem to be level. Also a hole in the ceiling with pipes exposed. We did enjoy our stay.

Great location and perfect for a getaway!

Me and my daughter took a few days away together and although I was a little concerned about the cleanliness based on other reviews, I found the home clean and tidy. It is an older unit and has the wear and tear of an older beach condo. Loved having access to the washer and dryer and the eco friendly products in the home. The remote control was missing in the bedroom so we couldn’t watch TV in there, but the living room worked great. The beach proximity was wonderful and having a pool when we’d had enough sand was really nice. There is an unleveled tile in the hallway and I bumped my foot on that a few times. The patio door was hard to close, but again, it was due to the older nature of the unit. Overall, we would come back and stay in this unit. The Vacasa team and app made utilizing this unit super easy. Thank you!

The best part of this condo was the beach/ocean view. There was established black mold on the ceiling, which we were not informed of beforehand.

Great affordable trip

The place was nice and a neat layout. All we needed for a quick little stay. I loved the view the best. The area is not really crowded by much tourist junk which was extremely nice. Great location to local nature state parks and bays- we visited quite a few in a couple days
