This beautiful second-floor vacation rental includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in the living room leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular Gulf view. Other features of this unit includes neutral 18×18 tile throughout the living areas, bathrooms, and Master Suite, upgraded dimmer and halogen lighting and fans, granite counters in all bathrooms and kitchen, Bose surround sound, stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room table has seating for six with additional bar chairs at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. Each of the three bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
