Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is close to everything Lake Havasu City has to offer and includes all you need to enjoy relaxing inside or outdoors. The lake/beaches/parks are only a couple miles away, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and groceries stores nearby. There is something for everyone -- golfing, boating, antiquing, watersports, and other recreational activities.

The home is 1468 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master includes a king bed, ensuite with a large sit/stand shower, and a walk-in closet for storing your extras. Need to work from home? No problem! There is a foldable desk and ergonomically-friendly office chair for your use. Highspeed fiber wifi Internet is provided, but you can also connect via Ethernet cord to the modem if needed.

The other two bedrooms both include queen beds, and one has a twin loft bed as well. Each bedroom has it's own wall-mounted Amazon Fire Smart TV, and the living room is a great space to kick back and watch a show, read, or play a game.

The backyard is entirely private! Take a dip in the spacious 7 ft deep pool or lounge on it's large baja shelf. The pool also has two nice sitting shelves as well. There are plenty of places to sit and relax outside (in the sun or in the shade) -- or chill in the pool with one of the many fun floats available in the garage! The attached spa is also available for your use.

Grill a meal and enjoy dining outside or find all you need to cook and dine in the well-equipped kitchen/dining area. In the evening, enjoy smores around the fire pit.

From the front swing you'll be able to view the mountains, the lake, and gorgeous sunsets. Sit with a cup of coffee in the morning watching roadrunners, bunnies, and quail.

There is plenty of parking out front (including a space in the garage). (*Note: Our boat is stored on the side of the house.) There is also an indoor, air-conditioned laundry room.

Special notes:

* It should not more than 7 hours to clean after your stay. If it takes longer than 7 hours, the overage (@$25/hr) will be charged against your $750 damage deposit (VRBO credit card hold).

* Propane use (for the spa) will also be charged to against the damage deposit (@ $3/gallon-- average use is around 3-4 gal. per 90 min.).
