Thank you so much for the review, Jaclyn. I’m happy to hear your family enjoyed our game room, spa, and pool. You were wonderful guests and I hope to host you again!

We are a small family-run operation and delivering a great guest experience is something we genuinely care about. We are always a text or phone all away for anything! We have a handyman on standby who would have been more than happy to tighten any hinges or check the switches, which are still in working order. We also keep extra batteries in the house since we know batteries may need to be changed unexpectedly. Our listing notes the hot tub temperature is preset and I am more than happy to adjust the temperature upon request. As for the floors, the home had been mopped the week before your arrival. During slower seasons, the house may sit vacant for a bit, and living in the desert means dust can accumulate quickly. That said, our cleaning team would have gladly addressed any concerns had we known about them. We take pride in being attentive hosts and genuinely want our guests to enjoy their stay. We wish we'd had the opportunity to address these concerns while you were here. We believe open communication makes all the difference, and we would have welcomed the chance to make things right.
