The mobile home is located on private lot LP04, surrounded by hedges, at the Siblu Les Charmettes**** campground in Les Mathes, La Palmyre 17570, which offers a wide range of activities and services:
- Water park with several heated pools, a hot tub, water slides, and wading pools for little ones;
- Petanque courts, archery, two tennis courts, mini-golf, fitness center, table tennis, and more.
- Kids’ clubs organized by age group, daytime and evening activities
- Mini-market, restaurant, bar, snack bar, hair salon, laundromats, and bike rentals.
Depending on the activity, a FUN Pass is required; you can purchase it online to receive a discount.
The mobile home is rented for 6 people and includes:
- 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), sink, shower, and toilet, with a blind and mosquito net on the window.
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (80 x 190) (blinds and mosquito screens on the windows)
Duvets (200x200 for the master bedroom and 140x200 for the single beds) and pillows (50x70) are provided, as well as mattress protectors; please bring your own fitted sheets and duvet covers.
- 1 additional separate bathroom with a sink, shower, laundry area, ironing board, and iron.
- 1 separate toilet
- A spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen:
4-burner gas stove, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and kitchenware.
(Gas cylinders are provided)
In the living room: sofa, TV, radio, reversible air conditioning, and a convertible table with 4 chairs (2 wooden chairs for additional seating on the patio)
The bedrooms and living room are equipped with electric radiators.
- A large terrace that is fully covered and enclosed as needed depending on the outside temperature, equipped with a table, 8 chairs, and storage space.
- 1 storage shed with a small beach tent, 2 beach umbrellas, 3 beach chairs, and 2 lounge chairs with mattresses, 1 high chair, 1 umbrella stroller, and a small electric bike.
- 1 barbecue/griddle and 2 Tancarville grills are also available.

Near Le Champignon, you’ll find:
- The beaches are 4 km away (accessible by bike with children via the bike paths)
- The magnificent La Palmyre Zoo (plan for a full day),
- Go-karting and ATV riding nearby, as well as an amusement park.
- The markets in La Palmyre (Wednesdays and Sundays)
- Numerous bike rides along the coast and in the countryside
- Possible day trips: Marennes-d’Oléron, Rochefort with the Hermionene, Royan and its beaches, Fort Boyard, Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, Mornac-sur-Seudre, Brouage, and Île d’Aix.
