Good stay

Clean, well appointed. Very close to everything lots of great restaurants and interesting sights nearby. Host was very friendly and gave us some great tips upon arrival.

Our stay started with a very nice in person welcome. She oriented us very well to the beautiful city. The location is just perfect. With the tram you can easily get to any part of the city including the airport. The surrounding restaurants are endless and you're in the center of it all.

As pictured/Perfect location

This apt. Is in a great location! The street is lively until late, but the apartment itself remains quiet.Very walkable with easy access to everywhere. The tram is super easy to navigate with multiple stops nearby.This apartment is perfect for two people, maybe three. It is absolutely spotlessly clean!

Le Feel Good Fabulous little pied-à-terre in the heart of Bordeaux. Lisa from Cocoonr was fantastic in helping us coordinate an early check-in and offering us a very warm welcome when we arrived. The flat was just as cute as it looks in photos. Location wise it couldn’t have been better - close to shops and restaurants, ~5m walk to local transport routes, and no more than ~20-30m walk to other corners of the city. Would gladly stay again!

Well located comfortable apartment to visit Bordeaux

We had a great week end in Bordeaux and could from the apartment walk to all our important part of Bordeaux. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment has minimum equipment which for us was enough and good air conditioning. It is on a second floor through stairs without a lift and common parts of the building are a bit shabby. It is in a part of town that can be noisy at night but on the flipside it is close to very nice bars/restaurants. Overall we loved our stay.

Great location but poorly managed

The entryway is in the middle of an outdoor restaurant. The unit was nice but the two story hallway was unattended and unclean. We loved the area but not getting into the flat.

Le Feel Good Apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. Comfortable, clean, and plenty of room for my husband and I for 2 weeks while working and exploring. The location could not be more perfect - everything is in walking distance. The wifi is fantastic (300 up/down) - a digital nomad's dream! lol. And there is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room which is a lifesaver in the hot Bordeaux summer. We had friends suffering without AC because it's not easy to find. I highly recommend this apartment.

Host was an absolute idiot. Abusive, abrasive, unmanageable. Lied about trying to contact me for check in. Was late after we finally tracked him down. Was so verbally abusive and started to raise his hand, he was 5 seconds from having the police called. I finally escorted him out of the property. If I could have cancelled the booking, I would have in an instant.

Apartment in Bordeaux

The apartment itself was clean, but the hallway and stairway to the place was GROSS. There were 4 rat traps in the hallway. The floor hadn't been cleaned in years. My friend slept in the bed and I slept on the couch. The linen should have included a mattress cover to help with the big crack on the couch back and seat. It was really designed for a couple who sleep together and not two friends traveling together. There were VERY little essential things in the kitchen.

Le Feel Good "The apartment was well equipped and in a really good location but we were disappointed with the state of the building ov 🙂 Nice living room area and excellent location 🙁 The property in which the apartment is located was undergoing renovations so there was a lot of dust in the outside corridor and outside stairs area of the building. On some days there was a lot of drilling noise coming from the ground floor. The apartment itself was in need of some paintwork and proper finishing in some areas. The main entrance at street level was used most days and nights during our week long stay as a sleeping area for homeless men. We had to step over these unfortunate people when entering and exiting the building which we found upsetting. We were not in any way intimidated or threatened by them but we felt very sorry for them."

The photos were deceptive.

Though a great location, the flat was not comfortable. Furnishings were bare, and the bedroom was cramped and difficult to maneuver in. There is no bathroom per se. The shower and sink are on a raised platform, 6 inches from the bed - very awkward. You could not really walk around the bed. One had to climb across the mattress to sleep on the right side. The night stand was a block of wood which protruded several inches over the mattress!The fold down sofa in the main area is not stable and will tip over if one moves to far to the back side. The stairs leading to the flat are in poor condition with mousetraps along the hall every 10m or so. In all, a disappointment so much so, we left after the second night even though we were to be there 4 nights. I wrote to the property management company and still have received no response.

Le Feel Good "El edificio es antiguo y la escalera es estrecha y vieja para acceder con maletas. Sin embargo el piso esta muy bien decorado, es amplio y tiene casi de todo. Digo casi porque le faltaba por ejemplo una bayeta o papel de cocina, que ayuda a la limpieza. El barrio es totalmente peatonal y como casi toda ciudad de Francia, lo han convertido en un infierno para todo el que acceda con coche. Un solo carril y las calles son de bicis y patinetes. Hay parkings cercanos aunque carísimos. Se encuentra en una zona con muchos bares, restaurantes y discotecas, pero la habitación da a un patio interior y no se oye nada. Es un punto a su favor. La ducha está diseñada para parejas o gente con confianza ya que se encuentra dentro de la habitación."

Bel appartement très propre, et pourvu de l'essentiel, qui a un intérêt majeur: sa localisation plein centre. Bien isolé, vous ne serez pas dérangés par le bruit (nous y étions pour le 31/12). Si nous devions trouver un point négatif : un rouleau de papier WC supplémentaire aurait été le bienvenu. Si nous devions séjourner sur Bordeaux, nous y retournerions sans hésiter."

Heure d’arrivée flexible, départ autonome. 2 bémols à notifier : - la propreté du logement : de la poussière, faible propreté au niveau de la salle de bain (entre autre: bonde de douche et de lavabo sale, eau qui s’écoule très mal dans la douche) - logement peu isolé. Même avec la climatisation à 30, nous avons eu froid (période très froide) Nous pouvons recommander ce logement, mais des choses à réellement améliorées."

Le Feel Good "A pesar de su ubicación privilegiada, la estancia fue decepcionante por diferentes motivos: 1. La casa carecía de radiadores y dependía de AC que no eran suficientes para calentar adecuadamente, dejándola muy fría. 2. Al llegar, nos encontramos con un fuerte olor a lejía y una limpieza general que parecía superficial y apresurada. 3. La cama de 1,35 era incómoda y cedía en el medio lo que imposibilitaba el descanso. El resto de muebles dejaba mucho que desear, con cables expuestos, paredes descuidadas y puertas en muy mal estado. Además, los desagües no funcionaban correctamente. 4. El espacio en sí era mucho más pequeño de lo que sugerían las fotos. La habitación apenas tenía espacio para la cama y carecía de armarios. La ducha, incómodamente ubicada en una tarima junto a la cama, era difícil de acceder. 5. El edificio en sí, un antiguo inmueble sin encanto, tenía escaleras estrechas y en mal estado, lo que hacía difícil el acceso al apartamento en el tercer piso sin ascensor."
