Phoenix East 604 | Beachside Outdoor Pool | Breathtaking Gulf Views | My Beach Getaways

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you had the opportunity to experience the incredible balcony views at Phoenix East—they truly are some of the best on the beach! We do see where the running toilet was reported and taken care of during your stay. We only wish we had known about the shower door and loose bar stool as well, as our team would have been happy to address those concerns right away. We hope these few maintenance hiccups did not take away from your overall getaway and would love the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay filled with beautiful views and great beach memories.

Thank you so much Brigette for the amazing review and 5 stars! Wow! We absolutely loved having you and can't wait to have you join us again for your next Beach Getaway!

What an incredible trip to remember! A first beach visit for your grandbabies and a proposal—talk about making memories that last a lifetime. We’re honored our place could be the backdrop for such a special moment, and we’d love to welcome you all back to celebrate many more milestones in the future!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the kind words about the condo! August is definitely a lively time in Orange Beach, and the energy around the pool can sometimes reflect that summer crowd. If you’re ever looking for something a bit more private or laid-back, we’d be happy to recommend another location in one of our lower-density resorts for your next visit. We appreciate your notes about the appliances and have passed that along to our property care team for review. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo overall and hope to welcome you back soon for another beach getaway—maybe one with a little more peace and quiet!

Thank you, Laura, for the 5 stars. We're so glad to hear how much y'all enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback about the dryer. Our maintenance techs are working on it now. We'd love to have you back and thanks, again, for the review.

Jenny, thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad you enjoyed the condo and have shared your comments to our Property Care Team on some items that could use some TLC. By the way, the light bulbs in the lamps have been replaced. The fitness center code is located in the guestbook sent to guests upon booking, then again 7 days prior to arrival and any tennis equipment is brought by guests for personal use. While the property is non-smoking , the on-site facilities team would be the ones to address infractions regarding any condo we do not manage. We are sorry that your neighbors were not more respectful. We hope that you were able to enjoy your Beach Getaway and please let us know next time you book so we can ensure a better experience next time!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the beach and the location, though we’re sorry to hear the home didn’t fully meet your expectations. To help guests best prepare for their stay, our guest book (provided at booking and again before arrival) includes a list of all starter items included—such as the dishwasher tablet, coffee, and laundry pods—and details on what to bring if you’d like more for your trip. We also aim to create a comfortable and welcoming space for families, and your comments about the furnishings and supplies have been passed along to our property care team for review. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider us again for your next beach getaway.
