Property was exactly as described. Great view of ocean. Centrally located for convenient access to different parts of the island. Interactions with property management were smooth. Major storm knocked out power night prior our departure, but I don’t think it’s reasonable to hold that against anyone but the weather.

Everything was great! Josh is an excellent host. Only downside is no immediate beach access but we made the easy drive several times.

Family Vacation

It was an amazing location, to hear the sound of the ocean out on the lanai was so incredibly soothing.The ice machine stopped working when we were there, we let them know and it was serviced and got it working very quick.Safeway is 15 minutes away which has lots of good choices. It has 3 separate bedrooms which was so good for our family.

Quiet, perfect location

The condo was in a quiet location with easy access to both sides of the island. The view was incredible! Very clean, recently updated, and had all the conveniences. Josh was great to work with.

Maui haven

The condo was in a great location as we did day trips north and south of here. Everything was as the profile. Great balcony to sit and listen to the waves. Property was in a nice neighborhood close to shopping.

Fabulous Ocean Front Condo

This property was ideal for my family's needs. Fabulous ocean front view of Maalea Bay; pool; centrally located on Maui, immaculate and very comfortable. Host/manager was very responsive and on the ball and the condo has almost everything one could need. Strongly recommend. Very fair value.

Great stay in Maalaea!

This was my fifth trip to Maui and I had always stayed West Side previously. Due to the tragic fires we kept the plans but changed locations. Maalaea and this condo are a gem! This area of Maui might be my new favorite location due to its excellent close beach, quiet and safe neighborhood, and excellent proximity to the entire island. My family and I had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Josh worked with us when our travel plans changed quickly. He was very helpful and the place was great, very ‘cute’ as our two teenage girls said! It was great and our family of 6 loved it! Thank you!

Perfect oceanside experience

This is the perfect place if you're not into the Kaanapali resort scene. It's off the beaten path, and that to us is a wonderful thing. The unit is great for larger families or a group of good friends. There are many amenities such as a drip coffee maker and water boiler. There's a public beach just down the road, easily walkable if you're not packing a lot of stuff along with you. Otherwise just take the car. This is one of those places I almost hate to leave a glowing review for because I selfishly want it to be available the next time we come to Maui. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location with amazing views

Good: The view is amazing. You can hear the waves crashing all night long. The location is not really busy and is 15 minutes from everything you will need. We walked up to the shops by the aquarium and had the best shave ice on the island. The pool is nice and 8' deep! It is a great family location.Bad: The property is showing some wear and tear. The guest room with the full bed was not too comfortable but the king bed seemed much better. Beach chairs are rusty, and straps are broken. A little paint and touch ups would do a lot.

A great place in Maui

The owner was so great to work with, extremely helpful and responsive. The location is perfect. Theres a lovely aquarium, marina, and restaurants are walking distance (we ate at Tantes twice). We were able to easily visit north and south shores, as well as enjoy a reasonable day trip to Hana. We stayed a full 7 days and with 7 people things could've gotten hairy, but the spacious layout of the condo helped us feel very comfortable. It was very clean, bathrooms and kitchen cabinets were updated. It has a well-appointed kitchen which we did most of our meals from. We made good use of the weber grill by the pool and met some lovely neighbors. We enjoyed coming home at the end of each day to unwind from a busy day. Watching the evening sky and city lights across the bay was one of my favorite things to do on Maui. Another favorite thing to do was sit on the well-manicured grass at the sea wall and watch the big sea turtles. All around spectacular stay!

1st time to Maui

The stay in Maui was great. The place was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean. It was very clean and had easy access to get to a variety of activities on the island. Beach was within a few minutes of walking but was not a swimmable beach (for newbies) which I didn't fully understand until getting there. Not a major issue as options were only 15 minutes away. Pool was a nice alternative for the kids. We didn't have any needs but Josh responded immediately with any questions. The only recommendation for improving the stay would be better non-stick pans - :-) Making scrambled eggs became a challenge. Otherwise we appreciated the great condo and the ability to do laundry!

Great Rental

The location of this property was great. We had to make a last minute move due to the fires, and this worked out greatly to our benefit. It was much more centrally located. The space seemed to be decorated recently enough and wasn’t outdated or overly themed. It was very nice to have a cooler available to pack when we dove the Road to Hana. Our 3 kids enjoyed they each had their own bed and didn’t need to sleep on a rollout couch. As a family of 5 it’s often difficult to find places with enough space for 3 ((almost)) teenagers. We were able to travel lighter because of the washer and dryer and appreciated detergent being there for us. The space was truly stocked with things we needed. There were sugar ants when we arrived and continued to be a problem during the week despite not leaving food out. The guess bath had an odor that wouldn’t leave for the week we were there, so we used the air freshener spray that was available. The master bath shower had a leak spray that points directly to the ceiling leaving water droplets and should probably be addressed sooner rather than later. Overall, this was a fantastic space and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Perfect all around

This place was so perfect for our family vacation! My husband and I brought our 4 teenage to grown kids, our daughter-in-law, and our grandbaby on a family vacation. Instead of spreading out in hotel rooms, I really wanted us to have time together for meals, games, movies, etc. I am SO glad we chose this house! It was the perfect "home base" for the week. The location is great - centrally located to everything. Parking was great. Having laundry in the house was a game changer. Everything we needed was there (seriously, I bought a bundt cake pan because I assumed there wouldnt be one in a vacation rental...I was wrong!). Josh was so helpful getting baby items to us beforehand like a high chair and porta crib. Communication was quick, easy, and always so kind and helpful. We watched whales, sunrises, and sunsets from the balcony. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. This condo is definitely something special and I would book again in a heartbeat! The only (ONLY!!) thing that I could say (more as an FYI, not as a complaint. And only if I HAD to come up with SOMEthing to suggest as an improvement) would be that the pans in the kitchen have seen better days. They got the job done, but if that's important to you, grab one at Target on the way from the airport. 10/10 would recommend this property...it's a little slice of heaven on earth. We made some really awesome family memories here that I will treasure forever!

Great vacation condo!

This was a great place to stay for our first time in Maui! We were 2 families, so 4 adults and 3 children (5,7,7) and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The ocean front main bedroom with en-suite was spacious and bright. The other bedrooms at the back had another shared full bathroom, also spacious and bright. The smaller room with twin beds we used for the kids, and meant you could stay up and visit in the living room or deck without disturbing the kids. And the pool was clean, warm and had plenty of chairs arund. The bbq was also clean and easy to use and access. The second floor location meant no big deal bringing up groceries and gear. It’s a corner unit so extra windows. Can’t beat the view from the deck! In-suite laundry meant we totally overpacked and could’ve done with less and been clean! The host was very helpful and quick to reply to all emails. He also gave great feedback and suggestions when I asked him thoughts about potential excursions. He also double checked the next morning to see that we got in to the condo alright and everything was as we had hoped (we arrived in the middle of the night). There were multiple Bahamas’s chairs, a beach umbrella and 2 boogie boards and a cooler which we used all the time and now I would not consider renting a home that didn’t include these- must have for the beaches!! The location close to the harbour shops and restaurants and general store made the location super convenient. Not too busy in the community and room for both of our rental cars. We would love to stay again and recommend to other based on our xperiwnce!

Hidden Gem!!!

This little piece of paradise was just right for our family vacation! Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our kids and grand daughter! Centrally located on the island to enjoy the sights! Very clean and well furnished with awesome decor! The grounds and pool were immaculate! Ivan the property manager was very nice and worked very hard to make sure things were pristine. Loved the sunsets from the balcony! Very quiet complex!! Close parking and condo description was spot on! Thanks Josh for such a great place to stay!!!

Great place and great location!

This condo is centrally located to all the fun things the island has to offer. They provided beach towels, chairs, toys, an umbrella, and a cooler for us to use at the beach. The check in and check out process was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!
