The Perchu house was built in 1963 on a large plot of 2–3 hectares at an elevation of 1,800 meters along the road from Aosta to Pila. It enjoys an optimal and privileged location, nestled among meadows and forests while remaining close to the ski slopes and the center of Pila. The house is located about 1 km from the base of the ski slopes and the resort center, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and the resort’s sports facilities. A few hundred meters from the house, you can see the downhill run that runs alongside the Aosta-Pila gondola; in winter, you can ski directly to the Plan-Praz mid-station.

This small building consists of 11 apartments of varying sizes, each with an entrance that opens onto the gardens or meadows. Every apartment offers a magnificent view of the city of Aosta, the meadows and forests surrounding the building, and the highest peaks of the Alps: to the southeast, you can admire the Becca di Nona and Mount Emilius, which overlook the Pila basin, as well as Monte Rosa, the Matterhorn, the Grand Combin, and, to the northwest, the Mont Blanc massif.

Its peaceful location and the availability of a large plot of land make this house ideal for families with children. It is also an ideal starting point for skiing in the winter and for hiking and mountain biking in the summer.
