Seaview Terrace House in El Rompido

Seaview Terrace house is fully renovated (2019) and situated in the beautiful fisherman’s village of El Rompido, a few meters from the beach, center, and the Marina.
Marvelous views from the top terrace across the 300m wide estuary over to the protected spit 'La Flecha', which is made up of sand dunes and magnificent beaches.

The space
The house is located a few meters from the beach and 10 min to a natural beach accessible by boat/ferry, 5 min to paths of the national park, ideal for walking and bird-watching, and next to restaurants where the supply of fresh good quality fish and seafood is endless.

The house has 2 floors, 2 terraces, patio, and 1 balcony:

- In the ground floor, you have a front terrace connected with a living room and kitchen with dining area creating one single space. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, and a washing machine. The ground floor has a small bathroom. A spacious patio has BBQ.

- In the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a master room with a large bed, and a room with two single beds. The master bedroom has balcony access where you can have breakfast with a partial river view. Still, on this floor, you'll find one bathroom with windows overlooking a green garden. The bathroom has a shower with various flow rates and is equipped with a hairdryer and basic amenities. This floor of the house has wooden floors for your comfort.

- The top part of the house has a spacious terrace with river and ocean views. There are armchairs and a table for your convenience to enjoy the sunrise/sunset and water views.

The house was fully remodeled in spring of 2019. The wooden and glass design gives the house a nice atmosphere and a lot of daylight for the whole year.

Guest access
The house is for 4 adults maximum (5 guests if there are kids). We have 1 bike available with baby-seat, 2 small kick scooters, and plenty of kids books and toys. 2 beach chairs and umbrella are also available. These are strict house rules: NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES and 4 ADULTS MAXIMUM.
