Charming 3br Boho Cottage 3blks to Beach w private deck/yard PETS OK+parking

Our charming 3br/1.5ba beach cottage is perfect for families. Our eclectic home features a focus on boho style. We put our hearts into making this a comfortable space that will feel like a home away from home during your stay. Charming is an understatement! Our spacious back deck and yard and our proximity to Tourmaline Beach are what makes this property shine. Also within walking distance to plenty of amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping (we will provide some great recs)!

We have stocked this space with tons of beach gear (two foam-top surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels), entertainment for the yard (fire pit, BBQ, cornhole and oversized jenga to name a few!), and our oversized patio has dining to seat 8-10.

Our stocked kitchen features all new appliances, and the indoor dining space seats 4. There is a 65" flat screen smart TV in our cozy living room.

Working from home? We've got you covered with WIFI, a printer and a desk.

You will have the entire front house and gated yard (we love pets!). On the back portion of the property, we have lovely tenants who own a small dog. They have their own private entrance off the alley, and work full-time, so you will hardly notice they are there. Please be respectful of quiet hours for our neighbors (9:30 weeknights and 10:30 weekends)

The garage is reserved for our long term tenants, so those doors are locked, except for the storage door on the garage holds all of the fun beach gear and yard games for your stay. The driveway is for our short term guests, please just leave enough space for our long term tenants to enter/exit through the gate and receive packages inside it.

Great stay very close to one of our favorite beaches Law Street Beach. Very comfortable, homey feel and absolutely love that the property has surfboards and bodyboards.

This is the third year staying here and we love more each time! The neighborhood is so quiet and accessible to great restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We will be back next year for sure.

A great place to get away

We were so happy with our stay. The property was even better than pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. The host is beyond accommodating .11/10 would recommend.

Perfect beach house

We loved the house and especially the back yard and patio. The swing was my favorite spot! The bedrooms are nice sized and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The house is decorated so thoughtfully and the special touches are perfect. This is our forever rental when in San Diego.

Excellent Location/Beautiful House

This was an ideal spot for a pre-Christmas family vacation. The house was perfect...comfortable, clean, and centrally located between Bird Rock and Pacific Beach. We walked everywhere, the beach, restaurants, coffee in the morning. The neighborhood and surroundings were perfect for my Oklahoma native husband and my son who lives in New Mexico to get that Southern California vibe. The little holiday touches throughout the house reminded us that even in the sunshine, Christmas is coming. We can't wait to return to this beautiful house and community.

Cutest getaway

Walked in to the most adorable, boho chic, home! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need/use. We had enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The backyard is so quaint and well kept. Location wise it’s perfect. Beach, shops, restaurants, stores— all in walking distance. Highly recommend this property & neighborhood. Will miss sitting in the the “sitting room” but so happy I had the opportunity to do so. Thank you Amelia for being such a gracious host!

Charming cottage

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting my partners in San Diego. The rooms were tidy, cozy and pleasantly decorated. And it was wonderful hearing the ocean waves from the house. The owners were easy to reach and very forthcoming in responding to questions or requests that we had.

Fantastic vacation in SD!

Amelia went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful to have found this property. We would definitely stay here on a future vacation to San Diego! The location was walkable to plenty of restaurants and a wonderful surfing beach that we really enjoyed.

Cutest little beach cottage

We spent a great week at this lovely little beach house. It’s in a cute little neighborhood, easy walking to the beach and restaurants. The layout was perfect for our family of 5. The house was well equipped with everything you need for fun at the beach including boogie boards, surf boards, towels, and beach toys. The back deck and yard were particularly awesome and my kids loved being able to roast marshmallows over the fire pit. The only thing we wished it would’ve had was laundry. We would definitely rent again.

OMG!

The home is larger then the pictures. Beautiful style shown through the home. Backyard was very comfortable. It was big enough for the Aussie’s zoomies and small enough for the Apso. The owners responded in a timely manner when we could not figure out how to raise the blinds in the dining room. It was so great to be able to walk. We did not feel isolated or bound to use our vehicle. Fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Fabulous PB Cottage

Couldn’t have asked for more! This property was clean, classy, and loaded with character. The outdoor space was perfect for our pups and EVERYTHING we wanted to see, do, or eat was a short walk away. We never used our car.

Great location and house!

This house is such a cute cottage style home. They hosts thought of nearly every detail of what to include for their guests. I stayed here with 8 of my girlfriends and the back patio was definitely the highlighted space everyone hung out. It's the perfect setting to spend quality time with your guests. The location was PERFECT! We walked to the beach each day, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The house also provides a guide of local recommendations in the area. The hosts are also super accommodating and responsive. Overall, a GREAT house and highly recommend this house for your next San Diego adventure.

Cozy and comfy cottage near the beach

The North Beach Cottage was a perfect place to stay for me, my husband and our dog. Very well located; so easy to walk to the beach, groceries and dining. And having on-site parking was an added bonus! Amelia has done an excellent job of making the cottage feel like home with the small details. Soap, paper towels, great set up for our pup--she's thought of it all! And that king bed was heavenly! We slept so well. We look forward to staying here again!

Amazing place and location
