Great location and very convenient that they include bike rentals. This made it so much easier on our family. I really enjoyed this house and so did everyone that stayed here

Great place, and it came as advertised. Super convenient walk to the beach. Garage accommodated 2 medium sized SUVs. Would do it again!

The property was as stated. Having a garage was extremely helpful. Location is very convenient. There isn't really a view from the property but the roof top deck from the bedroom is nice to sit out in the evening if you aren't going out.

Perfect location for our trip with several teenage kids. Steps from the beach and the bay. The relationship with the rental shop allowed us to swap our surfboards for skateboards giving the kids something to do all week. For us, having the 3rd floor room with access to rooftop deck was perfect.Thanks for a great week in Mission beach!

Great location. Well stocked. Bedding (pillows, etc) wasn’t great. Unit didn’t have a/c but was manageable with fans. Great being so close to the beach.

The only thing I would recommend is have a small vacuum. It was a wonderful house and we had an amazing time. Great location to go back and forth from the ocean to the bay side.

Great long weekend in Mission Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was super clean. The management company was very responsive. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for us. So Close to the beach and other amenities. My elderly parents felt very comfortable as did my husband and myself. It was very quiet overall. Would hire this place again.

GREAT location, fantastic host!

Stayed here with my husband and two other couples (all adults). The location was perfect! By everything you need, and 15 min drive from most tourist attractions. Right by the beach to watch the sunset whenever.Host was wonderful! Extremely responsive, made sure we were taken care of. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Vacation Home - Fun LocationOur family with three adult couples loved staying at this rental. Bedrooms with bathrooms on each floor. Nice kitchen, lots of table space. Really cute living room. Staying so close to Mission Beach is so fun! Just a few steps and you’re at the beach boardwalk or at some fun restaurant. Having a garage is really helpful. We used the host’s beach chairs too.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The 3rd floor deck was absolutely amazing - we enjoyed watching the sunset each day. The closeness to the beach and restaurants was great - walked everywhere. Utilized the beach accessories as well and having a two car garage couldn't have been better. Thank you - we will definitely come again!!

The 3 story house was fantastic. Great beds, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, garage, top floor deck with ocean view. Close to beach. Plenty of supplies for 4 adults and 4 children. Great clean 2 car garage. Washer/dryer. We will stay again. Thank you.

Great property

Beautiful property. It was clean with nice finishes. We loved the roof top deck. King bed was super comfortable. The only suggestion I would give is bring your own pillow.

Great location

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our two early 20 Something children. Great setup perfect location. We enjoyed sitting and talking on the roof deck every night and watching the seaworld fireworks. Three floors were great for us to spread out and me to do some remote working during the week. Highly recommend. Close to great food and shopping.

Coming back!

We had the best time. Perfect with young kiddos too! The ONLY thing--bring an extra fan if you can! The bedrooms got a tad warm in mid August but besides that, the place was perfection. The location, communication, house itself... all wonderful. Family is already planning a repeat visit next year!!

Lovely Stay in Mission Beach

The house was perfect for 6 of us for a girl's weekend in SD. The rooftop patio was dreamy in the morning to sit out with coffee. The location could not have been better, 1 min walk to the beach and a 15 min uber to downtown. I would say it would be a tight squeeze for more than 6 people (beds wise) but the house was lovely, clean and comfortable. Thank you very much!

Family getaway

I hesitate to leave a good review because it will make this unit popular. Making it harder to find it available for us the next time. That being said, we were impressed with the cleanliness, and the attention to detail oriented amenities. Location is great with distance to the beach and food options available along Mission Blvd. We would definitely book this unit again.

Great Location!

The house was great, very close to the beach and restaurants. The house fit our family of 6 adults very comfortably. There were lots of beach amenities in the garage, like chairs, boogie boards, balls, and buckets with sand toys. The kitchen was stocked so we could cook some meals. The only negative were the floors. The carpets needed to be cleaned (mostly the stairs) and the wood floors were pretty dirty. Other than that, it was wonderful.
