My family rented this house for the winter holidays. The location of the property is excellent. You won't need a car, which is a big advantage, especially in bad weather. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need. The house is clean and cozy. The owner is friendly and provides detailed instruction about the house and surrounding area.

Wonderful get-away home, beautiful destination right at Northstar

We had an amazing stay here. Located right at Northstar, close to dozens of scenic hikes, minutes away from the ski/mountain bike lifts and trails, this home is in the perfect location. It was very clean, with all necessary supplies (all kitchen appliances, extra blankets, etc.) for our use, and with a very beary warm atmosphere — lots of bears to brighten up the home! The hosts were very kind and responsive. Looking forward to staying here again!

North Lake Tahoe Gem

Lovely condo was perfect for our family of three! We loved the cleanliness, decor, location, and communication from Lee. We were able to enjoy the restaurants and tennis courts at Northstar. It was nice to cook breakfast in the well equipped kitchen and look out at the trees from the living room. Kings Beach/Tahoe City/Sand Harbor were great to visit and we hope to come back again!

Amazingly cozy stay!

Couldn't have been happier with our stay! We stayed there for a long weekend with our family of 4 (including two young kids). Communication and responsiveness was fantastic - including flexibility on when we arrived to avoid driving through snow - and clear written details and instructions for everything in the house. Condo itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable (our kids loved the bears!), with all the amenities we needed. Plus super convenient with a short bus ride to the Northstar village. Would highly recommend and plan to stay there again!
