The location was beautiful and the condo was clean and comfortable. We were even allowed to check in early. However, there was a daily, per person fee to use the recreation center.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting our clean condo, beautiful location, and early check-in! Regarding the HOA recreation center, this fee only applies if you choose to utilize the facilities. While these mandates are controlled directly by the community association rather than us, we strive to keep this detail transparent in our description. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again!

John was easily available a communication. great. The place is in a great location, clean, and had all that we needed. The one thing I’d mention as someone who lives to soak in the bath, there was no tub stop in the master bath. Also, while I should have asked while there, it seemed the fitness center with pool and spa was closed when we were there.
