Located on a private road, relax on the second story sundeck of the covered boat house, the private beach, or in the hot tub on the deck. Spacious rooms, all with unique ceilings and trimwork, showcasing plenty of wide open water/sunset views. For the individual that loves to cook, this gourmet kitchen will not disappoint. Large area for your family and friends to gather while you enjoy being surrounded by loved ones. Adjacent family, game, and dining rooms will make the gathering more longing and memorable. Four comfortable bedrooms await you. A fifth bedroom through the master suite is ideal for travelers with young children.
Water toys such as kayaks, canoe, and floats are available.
Our optional Concierge service can accommodate your needs such as boat and jet ski rentals, as well as prestocking your pantry, refrigerator and bars.
Yard games will be available for you to extend your outdoor activities. Parents with younger children will find the fenced-in yard reassuring. A fire pit extends the night time outdoors after enjoying the sunset view.

I only wish I could award six stars for this property and the hosts. Everything is as good or better than advertised. Literally anything you could possibly want or need has been thought of. If you are looking for a place to make special memories with friends or family, this is where you should go! The house is immaculate and huge, the amenities are plentiful and the hosts are fantastic! We can't wait to come back!

This place is incredible

Talk about an all time perfect lake house that has everything you need and more. The inside is really nice and the outdoor deck, hot tube, beach and dock are all top notch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I already want to make my way back soon. Michelle is the best hose and helped with everything we needed plus she even made us cinnamon rolls that were out of this world. I would rate this house a 12/10

Lovin' Lake Life

What an incredible time at Lake Norman! Lots of fun boating, tubing, wakeboarding, jet skiing.....awesome memories made for our 3 families! The house is just spectacular and kids loved all the toys inside and out--playing pool, family games, hot tub, fire pit, paddleboard, kayaks, paddle boat and FLOATING picnic table!! Michelle was always available and accomodated any need. She was really an amazing host! Her cinnamon buns were delish! Don't hesitate to rent here! You will enjoy!

neighbor dog kept on coming over which was very annoying. Also neighbor came and invited herself in

The house was very nice there was an issue with neighbor and dog. The picture in foyer fell down while I was cleaning kitchen dishes. I notified the owner never heard back . It wasnt properly put on wall to the begin with. Other than that things were so so. But I would never rent that place again.

Dear Patty, We're very sorry you felt compelled to note these trivial issues. You notified us of the fallen picture 2 minutes before checkout time, but from your note it's not clear if it fell before our after the giant party you held at our place, despite the no-party policy and max 12 people occupancy. neighbors on both sides called us with concerns and we personally observed 16 cars in the driveway and two boats with partiers arriving at the dock. Yet, we wanted you to enjoy your 'family reunion' and decided not to escalate. Sadly, some remotes and other household items were missing after you left, but on the plus side you left us a bra in the bedroom. We hope you enjoyed your stay nevertheless, but are honestly relieved you won't come back for another one.

Family Holiday

We stayed at this home for our family‘s Thanksgiving weekend. It was a perfect atmosphere for our group, providing entertainment for both adults and kids. The kitchen was particularly well stocked allowing for us to prepare several meals.

AMAZING!

This was one of the best overall properties I’ve stayed at. It had it all. The owner, Michelle was helpful and a joy to work with (she even made us delicious cinnamon rolls) The house was large, beautiful and extremely clean. It was filled with games for every age. The lake and the grounds had so many things between the hot tub, the boats, the beach area, the boat house or just relaxing we needed another week to enjoy all of them. This property is a GEM don’t miss it! We will definitely be returning

Family Vacation

We enjoyed a family vacation celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was beautiful and spacious. We loved the numerous amenities, especially the beach which allowed easy access to the lake and all the water toys. The owner was attentive and responded promptly to our needs.

Amazing Property

The house and property were perfect for a lake-front family vacation. So much to do with the paddle boats, kayaks, beach, hot tub, fire pit, and floating outboard picnic table (a must do). All the kids had the time of their lives! House is clean and beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Michelle the owner was awesome, very attentive and responds very quickly. She even brought us home-made cinnamon buns for our last day there. From top to bottom, could not have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic place to stay with a lovely and accomodating host!

Our family is now in various places of the US and this was a place for all of us to get together (which is about once a year anymore). We had our 2 boys, their wives and a grand-daughter that just turned 1 stay with us and a couple of friends our sons know. In addition, a few other relatives (cousins and son) came to visit. The house had more than enough room for everyone! Michelle keeps the home in immaculate condition and strives to ensure that your stay is the same. From the time you enter the house you will see the attention to detail that she ensures is 5 star. The master bedroom and bathroom are all that an owner needs and all other rooms are the same. The billiard table, hot tub, fire pit, beach and boat house just top off the amenities that you should be looking for in the perfect Lake Norman "on the lake with a fantastic view" house in my opinion. Thank you Michelle!!! PS - She makes succulant cinnamon rolls...

The perfect weekend

We rented this property for our daughters wedding weekend. First, the owner was beyond helpful and made every possible effort to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The property was so clean and well maintained. Everything was new and very well maintained. The landscaping and yard was beautiful and very well cared for. The house was beautifully decorated and every amenity was available. I can not say enough good things about this property and owner. Our daughter was married in the back yard with a beautiful view of the lake in the background. The owner went above and beyond to help us prepare for the big day. The pictures posted on the website do not do justice to the home. It was the perfect weekend at the perfect property!!!

Perfect house with plenty of entertainment

Inside and out the house is a great space for families. The beach area and plenty of canoes, kayaks and paddle boards allow you to enjoy the water right outside the house; and the house is in a great location to access the beautiful lake from a boat. Inside there is plenty of room so your family never feels crowded. Michelle was an excellent, attentive host who pointed us in the right direction based on our wants/needs. My family highly recommends this location.

Michelle was an amazing person to work with and the house is so beautiful; she takes the time to add tiny details to make the stay so enjoyable. All of the water equipment right there was such a huge bonus. We all kayaked and spent time in the canoe. The youngest guest loved the peddle boat and the sand area. I’d live here if I could. Amazing all around. We will be back. 💗

Beautiful Lake House !!!

My family of four and our friends (another family of four) decided to surprise our kids (ages 13, 10, 9 and 9) with a vacation to North Carolina for the week after Christmas. We couldn't have picked a better home to spend a week. The owner put up a Christmas tree, lit candles in every window and lit up the entire entry way. The solid wood floors and multiple fire places made the very large house feel so warm and homey. The kids were so excited to share the room with bunk beds and to find the smores kits for the fire pit. The kitchen and breakfast nook area were spacious. We had everything we needed for the week... every utensil, pot, pan, bowl, platter, etc. The owner even dropped off New Years flutes and a homemade cinnamon roll. The jacuzzi was clean and heated perfectly so that we all went in even though it was 30 degrees outside. The sunsets and sunrises from the boat dock were absolutely breathtaking. We just cannot say enough about this home, our experience and the attentiveness of this owner. The most beautiful house on the lake. It will be extremely difficult for our next VRBO owner to top this vacation.

Couldn’t ask for better!

This stay far exceeded expectations! The house itself is phenomenal - spacious bedrooms, gorgeous views, two grills, a large deck, lawn games - it truly has everything you need to have a good time and I didn’t even talk about the lake yet! Kayaks, a canoe, BEAUTIFUL dock. Sunset is unbeatable. The owner is extremely attentive and will make sure it’s one of your best stays. She is quickly responsive and extremely attentive. She made sure everything went smoothly and that we had everything we needed! Thank you, Michelle, for an amazing experience!!

Most Amazing Wedding Weekend on the Lake!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to this time. I had an incredible experience with this rental. My now husband and I were trying to plan, and then replan our wedding due to COVID, and we kept hitting roadblocks. We decided that the safest choice for us was to cancel our big wedding ceremony and reception and have a wedding ceremony on Lake Norman, with immediate family and bridal party. We rented a house, and the owner ended up cancelling on us fairly last minute. In a panic, I emailed many people to see if we could have our small event outside overlooking the lake. Michelle was one of the only owners who would make an exception to her policy and she SAVED our wedding. From the very beginning, Michelle was very up front in having conversations about our event and making sure it worked for everyone involved. She made sure everything was covered and that we had the right insurance. She gave advice on a rental company, and offered to help in any way she could. We were able to come see the house several times before our weekend to make adjustments and figure out the setup. Also, the yard perfectly fit a 30X30 tent and looked amazing! Several times during the weekend, Michelle came over with items that we forgot. She also very generously offered to bring over her vintage Rolls Royce for us to take pictures with! The house was absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and perfect for our needs. The master bathroom was so huge that we were able to all comfortably fit while getting ready! There was even a stereo that played in various rooms throughout the house. Michelle brought over firewood and sticks for the firepit, made sure the hottub was cleaned, and even planted/brought over a bunch of plants and flowers to make the yard perfect for our ceremony. We will forever be grateful for all that Michelle did to make our wedding special and for providing us with an amazing space. If you are thinking about renting this house for a vacation or event, DO NOT hesitate to reach out to Michelle. We are also sending her photos from our event that she may share in case of any doubts.

The Best Lake Getaway Ever!

The property was perfect. You could literally stay on the two story dock all day. The house is perfect for small or large families. Very quiet cove with lots of privacy.

Fun at the lake

We had an amazing time at Lake Norman! We loved the kayaks at the house as well as playing corn hole and making s’mores at the fire pit. We rented a jet ski and pontoon boat for the week and had a blast! The house was spacious and clean. The deck was nice and had a great view of the lake.

Great stay!

We had a group of 10 family members ages 1-1/2 to, well, 60+. The location was fun and convenient. The house is big and spacious, plenty of beds and baths for everybody. There’s a wonderful hot tub and fire pit, and the sandy area was great for the kids. A beautiful place to enjoy Lake Norman!
