Enjoy the oversized couches to catch the game or get competitive yourself and play a game of Golden Tee, Foos ball, shuffleboard or a game of cards - fun and enjoyment for everyone! Also on the lower level, you'll find the 2nd primary with a full en-suite bath and a secondary kitchen area.

Once you open the lakeside door and head outside, enjoy the private hot tub or lounge around the firepit - taking in views of beautiful Lake Norman! Ready to get on the water? Take the 30 second stroll to the water and launch the guest provided kayaks (youth and adult) or paddleboard through the private lake front access......or if you prefer pool side relaxation and swimming, you'll have a short 2-minute walk to the seasonally available community pool which is also an ideal place to work on your tan with all of the poolside seating! The property includes a propane-based grill, corn hole boards and tons of other great amenities!
