The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the formal dining area at the front of the villa seats your group comfortably for shared meals and conversations.

This spacious villa features 5 stylish bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests:

Downstairs:
Primary Master Suite: King bed, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity, toilet, and direct pool access

Upstairs:
Second Master Suite: King bed, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with tub, separate shower, double vanity, and toilet

Two Queen Bedrooms: Each with nightstands, dressers, and closets, sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, and vanity

Twin Bedroom: Features 2 twin beds and access to a shared bathroom

Also upstairs is a second living area with a large flat-screen TV, PlayStation, and indoor basketball game — perfect for kids or extra relaxation space.

🔑 Good to Know
The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish detergent
*1 small hand soap per bathroom

*-Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase: paper products, soaps, detergent, coffee, filters, etc.
*Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.

🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
*No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
*No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
*No Parties or Events
*Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests
*Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
*Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening
*Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (community enforced).

Failure to follow these rules will result in eviction without refund. We reserve the right to seek damages exceeding insurance coverage if necessary.

We don't have a BBQ available but we'll provide you with addresses for rental companies, please note it's not allowed to use the BBQ indoors and within the pool enclosure.
