We cannot say enough great things about our exceptional one week stay at Jin and Sung Lee’s. They were incredibly welcoming hosts!Their place is spacious, clean and comfortable and the views are spectacular!They made sure we knew our way around since GPS doesn’t always work right near the house. To cap it off we enjoyed homemade Jin Choi sushi and delicious lemon cake! We hope to visit again in the future!

High above the sea

We truly enjoyed our stay. The views are spectacular! Jin was a warm and helpful host, always ready to suggest places to explore. And his sushi was delicious. We are very happy we were able to spend a few days in this wonderful place.

Amazing experience!

Jin and his wife were beyond accommodating in every way! The view from his property is truly unbelievable and they keep everything very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic host and property

My colleague and I stayed here for a work trip. Jin was a fantastic and kind host. He even made sushi for us one night! Beautiful property with incredible views.

Highly recommend

Owners were great to work with. View was perfect for my wife and I. Two of our favorite things from the island were in view from the deck, buck island and the St Croix castle. Very quiet and private, with gated entrance. Just a lovely place for anyone who enjoys St Croix!

The views are priceless at this hidden gem. Jin and his wife were fantastic hosts and are very open to being your travel planner for things to do if it is your first time visiting St. Croix! We are looking forward to our next stay! Thanks again Jin.

Amazing location. Amazing host.

Our host was amazing. He gave us tours, made an amazing meal, and just took a real interest in our family. The home was clean and comfortable, but the location was absolutely magical. If you don't mind being on the quieter east end and having a 20 minute ride to Christiansted, this is a fantastic VRBO rental.

A quiet corner of Paradise

A beautiful view and a roomy, quiet, safe, and clean lodging. Jin and his wife are attentive and helpful hosts. We never used a/c during our February stay because we were able to leave screened windows open and enjoy the steady breeze. We would happily stay here again if possible.

Fabulous house in wonderful location

The property comfortably accommodated six adults for a weekend. Beautiful setting. Well equipped. Great outdoor table and hot tub. Plan to come back.

Amazing View and Gracious Hosts

This large apartment has everything you will need, but the best part is waking up to that view every morning! The host Jin acted as our personal tour guide for a couple of snorkel trips (bring your own equipment), and a picnic, where he provided his home-made sushi. Photos of the place are accurate. Not everything is shiny and new, but it's typical of island living, and comfortable. Open all the many windows to enjoy the island breezes, and savor the view.

Just right

The property was as described and perfect for two friends on island for a weekend. Jin was very friendly and accessible the whole time we were there. He also makes outstanding sushi! Only thing to be aware, there are many stairs to deal with that might be a problem for some.

Lovely Property

Grapetree has the best views hands down. Sunsets are fantastic. The breezes all night long are amazing. Our hosts were lovely people. The beautiful cactus by the patio has hummingbirds in it. The friendly neighborhood cat, Pedro, will be missed. Beautiful spot.

A slice of paradise!

Jin and Sung Lee are wonderful, friendly hosts. We truly enjoyed getting to know them. Their home-made sushi was delicious, highly recommend! The location was beyond beautiful. The apartment itself is quite spacious. Various upgrades would certainly enhance the overall ambience. We absolutely enjoyed our vacation on this spectacular island!

As Described !! The View was Amazing

We loved this place. All 6 of us was blown away by the beauty of this house. The view was phenomenal! Jin and his wife were excellent host. The nightly breeze was awesome, we had no need for a/c and the view of the ocean every morning was AMAZING. Absolutely recommend this place. But and yes there is a but in there, if you have a fear of heights this place is not for you.

Great View

If you are looking for a great view of Buck Island and just seeing the ocean. This is the place for you. Cool breezes at night. You are really close to Point Udall and Cramer's park which are both beautiful. Mr. Jin and his wife were amazing hosts! So nice, took us on a tour and provided amazing sushi to us and our friends.

Moving here from Chicago 20 years ago, I've enjoyed St Croix island's natural beauty. During the day I roll sushi roll for the local markets which any guests are welcome to try. I'm an expert snorkeling swimmer as well.
