This Kiawah Island vacation rental features a two-story layout with three bedrooms and bathrooms, lagoon views, and an estimated 6-minute walk to the beach. The villa is located in Kiawah’s West Beach, offering easy access to the island’s front gate, Cougar Point Clubhouse, and bike paths.

The first floor houses the main living spaces, king bedroom, and half bath. The living room offers ample cozy seating, picture window for taking in the views, and a large wall-mounted TV. At bedtime, the space doubles as additional sleeping quarters thanks to the sleeper sofa. The adjacent kitchen and dining room feature a center island with bar stool seating, white cabinetry with tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, dining table with seating for six, and another picture window for showcasing the views. Just outside the dining room is the back deck with bar stool seating and serene views. Near the front entry is a king bedroom with large wall-mounted TV and private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. A half bathroom is also conveniently located on the first floor. Ascend the stairs to reach the second floor and two additional bedrooms and the laundry closet. A king bedroom provides a writing desk, wall-mounted TV, and private bathroom with shower. Another bedroom features a full bed, wall-mounted TV, and private bathroom with shower.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The villa’s TVs offer cable and Roku streaming service.
