Excellent family property

We had an excellent time staying at this Villa. Three generations and all very comfortable. Great location. Well supplied. We have stayed at multiple other properties and this is now our favorite. We will be regulars!

Everything was great except for the fact the dryer does not work. It could be very expensive for owners to operate when you have to run multiple 80 minutes cycle to get a small load dry.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback of the villa. I don't see that we've had other guests or housekeeping note any issues with the dryer, but will certainly have our maintenance team check it out. We appreciate your bringing it to our attention. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay otherwise and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again!

Great stay.

Only suggestion would be a upgrade on sheets. It’s beautifully decorated and had everything you could ask for. Would definitely stay again!

Super cute!

This place is really cute and perfectly situated for us. It is not a 3 minute walk to the beach (as someone stated) but if you go to number 8 by the Sandcastle, there is a shower when you leave. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Close to the beach

Location was nice, but the property was as very basic for such a luxury resort. . Clearly a rental with no ‘extras’.

Fairway Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location to the beach is great and the villa has nice updates. However, the kitchen floor was very spongy and could probably use a new subfloor, the door to the laundry room was coming off the hinges, and it was pretty dirty (VERY dusty and found dirty pans). Also, someone was working on the property throughout the week and we were never notified that this would be taking place.

Comforable Stay in Spacious Townhome!

Loved our stay in this well-appointed townhome. First time to Kiawah Island and the townhome provided the perfect spot for relaxation after hours of bike riding and exploring the island. Our family of 4 could spread out, and there was room to spare.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat this location. We love staying in the West Beach area and this property is very convenient to the beach and paths. The bathrooms were recently updated and each bedroom having its own was a huge bonus. The open kitchen area helped make the living space large. While the property was clean, there are a few areas of improvements that could enhance the stay for guests. For example, the TV in the living room was outdated. That sounds super snotty to say, but we were there during the fall over rivalry football weekend and ended up having to go elsewhere to watch our teams play because the picture was so bad. The bedding could be improved; the sheets on the king bed were pilled. All the enhancements I suggest are purely in terms of luxury. If you're there for the golf or beach and pool and sleep, this is a great choice! And Akers Ellis is top notch in terms of service!

Awesome property!

Beautiful home. The upgrades were tastefully done. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Although we had to evacuate early due to Hurricane, the way they handled the situation was awesome. Which is one more reason why I will definitely rent this property again. Candace C.

Great Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the location and great space for my family. There were a few things missing, an outdoor hose or shower for washing off after the beach and the kitchen was not well stocked for a three bedroom unit. We needed to wash silverware after every meal.

If you plan on cooking, it is not an overly well stocked kitchen. A good wine opener, some cards, games and puzzles etc. would have been nice. Well cared for, dishes were in great shape, cookware was in great condition and we were all very impressed with the layout. The only thing we thought would be helpful would be a pancake griddle; our little ones love their pancakes.
