Perfect Weekend Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could have needed and more for a wonderful weekend getaway. We especially appreciated all of the thoughtful touches, including game boards, Pickleball paddles, outdoor games, and well stocked bathroom amenities. The small details really enhanced our stay and made us feel right at home. The downstairs stayed very cool and comfortable throughout our visit. The only minor drawback was that the upstairs bedroom and bathroom tended to stay quite warm and the cooling unit had a difficult time keeping that area cool. However, this would not deter us from staying at this wonderful property again. We did not use the loft bed above the bedroom, but based on the size of the space I would recommend it more for children or teenagers rather than adults. It is a nice addition, but somewhat limited in space. This was our first trip to Carlton Landing and we loved every bit of our experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Darling cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Sunshine Cottage. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout - all the provided amenities and extras. It was nice being in a place where we felt our needs were anticipated. The couch and pillows were a great place to cozy up and watch a show. There were supposed to be 3 of us, but ended up only 2, which I think ended up perfectly as the upstairs is pretty cozy. But my daughter loved having her own space in the loft. The porch and yard are were so nice to have and the walk to the restaurants was only 5 minutes.
