Holiday stay with family

We stayed over Christmas and it rained most of the time, so we really didn’t get to enjoy much outside. It was great family time.

Least Impressive Carlton Stay Unfortunately

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really disappointed in the condition of the home. There was hair and eyelashes in the upstairs bathroom and bugs/beetles downstairs. The couch and rugs had stains and were incredibly worn in. The house itself was pretty and location nice, but we were overall very unimpressed based on our previous Carlton Landing experiences. Cleanliness and overall condition of furniture were the most disappointing! The beds were also uncomfortable in the bunk room and upstairs room.

Beautiful and Roomy

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 6 children to come together, but also have our own space. The location was great with some nearby overflow parking for our large vehicles. We rented a couple golf carts which made traveling around Carlton Landing as much run as it was convenient. We will be back.

Beautiful home/Great little lake community

We enjoyed our stay with our family of seven in this beautiful home. The neighborhood was very quiet for our March stay. There were several businesses that weren’t operating due to it being “off-season,” so be aware that things might be a bit closed down if you aren’t there in the summer. However, the home itself couldn’t be more beautiful and served as a lovely, restful retreat for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd stay at this house. Overall the house met our needs. Rug under the kitchen table is curled on one end, and dangerous. People tripped. Couch could be more comfortable. Very lumpy. Parking availability needs improvement.

Fabulous home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful, spacious home! It looks exactly like the pics. It was very clean. We rented a golf cart which really came in handy. Be aware on Monday and Tuesday the pizza place is closed so make sure you have food for those days. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again.

Great family vacation home!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It was a luxurious getaway in the beautiful setting of Carlton Landing. Lots of space and great main living/kitchen area. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials, but if you were planning to make a larger meal (big bbq), you might be a little hard pressed for serving dishes/utensils. There were very few kitchen wash clothes or towels, so I would recommend bringing a few of your own if you plan on using the kitchen much. We had trouble getting the grill fired up, but they sent someone to fix it within about half an hour, which was fantastic. We were very impressed with the responsive service. I highly recommend this house for family gatherings-we would love to come back in the future!

Beautiful home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful experience staying in this large, brand new home! We were so impressed with how much living space this house offered. I loved the little nursery in the closet attached to the downstairs master bedroom. We had never stayed in this part of Carlton Landing before and really enjoyed how peaceful the area was. Working with Lake Stay was such a breeze and they were so accommodating with our last minute rental. They even quickly mailed back an item we left behind. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great weekend in Carlton Landing

How is beautiful, clean and spacious. You can not use the garage, that is for owners only. We did have an electric issue with a fuse that was blown and had to call the management company twice to get it fixed. It wouldn’t have been an issue but it was the plug for the microwave which we needed for kid food. The home does not come stocked so be sure to bring anything you need for cooking.

Loved our time at Raising Oklahoma!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented from LakeStay for Fall Break w/ another family. There was so much to love about our experience w/ LakeStay & this new home! We fit 2 families - with a total of 7 kids! - comfortably & never felt like we were on top of one another. The living & dining area is spacious & met our needs for meals & games together. The clean & modern decor was a vacation for the mommies' eyes. We had one issue w/ the kitchen & LakeStay fixed it w/ in minutes, reminding us why we love renting w/ them! Highly recommend when you need a getaway to make memories & allow your kids to truly be kids!

For those using nursery

Wonderful house. Would definitely use again. We have an 11 month old and chose this property over others based on it having a nursery off the master bedroom (which appears to have been the master closet originally) such a smart idea for a rental. It worked great but it did not have an outlet. So we went out and bought a 35ft extension cord to plug in our monitor/sound machine. The house was well appointed having all the toiletries, dishwashings pods etc that we needed and a fully stocked kitchen. Of note, The upstairs bedroom fan remotes talked to each other (so if you’re trying to turn on your light with your remote it will also turn it on in one of the other bedrooms). All-in-all loved it and would stay again!

Parking was a challenge. We had 10 people and 4 cars with only enough space for 2!! Also a weird thing was the lamps don’t work in living room? So strange.
