Overall, the property is a great place for large groups very clean spacious. I do feel compelled to provide what will be appear to be a negative review in that you will be asked to pay for extras like pool, heat, cribs, and the use of the gas grill. The most perplexing was it shows having a hot tub, but the hot tub does not contain hot water it was just pool water with jets in it. Otherwise it was a great location. Great property.

Very large house with en-suite bathrooms for all! This was a work trip with 7 adults and it was a little uncomfortable to have so many twin beds but overall nobody really complained. At first I thought 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators was overkill but that is some genius kitchen planning right there. And two washers and dryers!Maybe bring some hooks for the bathrooms - no place to hang things.

We stayed at this rental house for 5 days and had a wonderful experience! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would absolutely stay here again. The amenities home, everything was perfect. We had a large group. Come in to complete the 2025 wine and dine races. And this could not have been a better location. The hosts were absolutely amazing and the support provided when needed was immediate and professional.

Amazing! We all loved this house so much. The beds were top of the line and that makes a big difference when travelling and needing to be rested. The only thing was paying for pool heat for 7 days and it being turned off on the last day. Not a deal breaker. Truly enjoyed every minute at this property. Will be coming back for sure!

Our family of 12, -grandparents, daughters, grandchildren, enjoyed our stay very much. The number of rooms and bathrooms and sizes of the rooms were perfect! The family was happy with the pool, movie theater room, and the game room. There were a few things that could be improved and some extra cleaning was needed in some areas. That is why I wouldn't say it was 5 stars. There were no serving bowls, only 2 very small frying pans, very few kitchen cooking utensils, and no baking dishes in the kitchen set-up. It was quite difficult as we were preparing meals for 12 people 3 times a day. We made do with what was there, but it took some extra work and time. A couple of blankets/comforters smelled like someone else's perfume. The patio and pool deck was very dirty. It really could have used a good washing. The downstairs master shower had no place for a bar of soap and no place for a towel to hang in that bathroom. (no hooks and no towel bar.) The lights above the kitchen island and lights above the dining table had cobwebs hanging. None of us found the family room furniture to be comfortable with the very low backs. I'm mentioning the above comments as suggestions for the host /company to get higher ratings in the future because the house itself was amazing for a large family get together and it gave everyone some privacy when needed. All adults and children were happy with their room and bathroom. The 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators were a bonus! So was the community center!

Great location!

Location and size of the place were perfect! My only complaint was the outfitting of the kitchen and the amount of towels and washcloths provided. There were not enough pots and pans, serving bowls/trays, or cold storage containers for 19 people. It would also be nice for extra trash bags, more dish soap and dishwasher detergent were to be provided. I had to buy a cookie sheet and washcloths. Finally, for the cost of the place the hot tub should be heated without having to pay for it. The house is amazing and beautifully done, beds are super comfortable and it is so nice to have bathrooms for every room!

When we arrived we immediately saw a safety concern walking in - there was a completely loose brick that could not be stepped on. We removed it for safety and set it aside. Walking in, there were garbage bags full of dirty laundry that they failed to remove from the property. In the kitchen - the trash can was broken. There were not towels provided for every room which was odd (but i guess makes sense because the dirty laundry was still sitting at the entryway. Almost every bathroom had issues. My dad went around fixing what he could (handle broken off shower doors, doors off tracks, broken door, etc)We paid extra to heat the pool and the heat did not work except maybe 1 or 2 (NOT full) days we were there which was incredibly disappointing. When communicated we were told someone would come by, but even after it was clear it didn’t get fixed. We paid extra for use of the grill but there were only empty gas tanks. Okay fine, wish we would’ve known.. but we paid and filled them - so whoever stayed after us your welcome… The little things even like not all the tv remotes working and needing new batteries. They had clearly not done thorough cleaning before we arrived. One bathroom specifically gross was someone’s fake eyelashes left behind. It just wasn’t clean … I do not recommend staying here. The communication and follow through was not urgent when the conditions were terrible. We were offered a refund for pool, but that never happened. Super disappointing.

We experienced several significant issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the pool was freezing despite confirming with the host in advance twice that the pool heat would be on. We contacted the host twice after arrival, and the host representative did not turn it on until the morning of the following day and did not become warm until the night of the second day. Although we paid for seven days, we only had approximately five days of usable pool time. The pool and hot tub was one of the primary factors in selecting this property. The listing mentioned an outdoor fireplace, but it does not disclose that there is an additional fee to use it, nor does it state what that fee would be.On the second day, a major water break occurred behind the second refrigerator. When reported, we were initially instructed to use our towels to clean it up with a representative scheduled the next morning. The leak was substantial and flooded the living area, eventually flooding the front bedroom. The family staying in that room had to vacate it. We requested a partial refund due to these issues, which the host declined.While the home itself is spacious and attractive and the location near Universal Studios is convenient, we did not receive the experience or amenities we paid for.

Regarding the outdoor fireplace, we appreciate your note and have updated our listing description to make any extra amenity fees completely transparent. A great home base for Orlando activites

We were some of the first people to stay in this house and we did a two week stay with our teenagers. We picked this location due to the proximity of everything. Nothing we were interested in was more than 20 min away WITH traffic. Disney, Universal, Millenia Mall, Sand Lake dining, Top Golf, Kia Center and the list goes on. Last year we stayed by Kissimmee/Reunion and there was so much traffic.Main areas are open and beautiful and the bedrooms have the perfect amount of theme-ing without going over the top. Welcome items were there like dish soap, bath soap, laundry, etc…. The house has TWO fridges, TWO dishwashers and TWO laundry units (each floor). The garage made into a game room is perfect for kids to be close but out of the way. We enjoyed watching movies every night in the theater area. Then there is the pool area. Built in grill is a nice touch along with the gas fire pit. We also paid for heat in the pool. If you are there in March, splurge. The hot tub gets nice and hot. The owner needs to add a few things like hooks in the bathrooms and grill tools, but again, it was a brand new set up. Some construction going on in the area of the house, but they do stick to a 8-4 schedule and no weekends. Overall, we loved it here and should be a strong consideration for your next stay.

The house was perfect for my coaching staff. We loved spending time in the pool in between our teams competing. The outdoor furniture was comfortable for hanging out.Everyone loved the theme rooms. It was great that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom.The kitchen was well stocked with glasses and dishes.
