We were a group of 12 dance moms who rented the house while our girls were in town for nationals. The house was in great condition & exactly as advertised. I was notified the day after check-in that upon inspection before my arrival, they found a washing machine to be broken. It was replaced the next day while we were out enjoying the parks. Renting this home was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

The home was great for what we needed. The rooms downstairs was perfect for 87 year old grandmother, and cousins. The rooms were very comfortable, the 8 bathrooms were the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the private pool & jacuzzi, and the screened patio was nice. It allowed for your privacy as well as being neighborly with other families across the way. It was alson convenient to the home my other family members were staying. We are are looking forward to returning.

Always stay in this neighborhood!

This is the second year we have stayed in this neighborhood for an annual conference in Orlando. The houses are spacious and offer the perfect amount of privacy for each of our friends with all the bedrooms having their own bathroom. The houses are always super clean, provide everything you might need, and communication with management is a breeze. We will continue to choose a house here every year!

Parents home for VB tourney

We were a group of parents in Orlando for the AAU volleyball tourney. This was the perfect house for us with each adult or couple getting their own bedroom bathroom plus room for a sibling that also came with. It had ample refrigerator space, was quiet and the communication from owner/management was great. We had one minor issue when we first arrived - the HVAC was making a loud high-pitched whining noise and someone came immediately to fix it. The location is also great for anything at the convention center.

Great for AAU Nationals volleyball

This property, located in a gated community, was ideal for our trip. With 10 teenage girls & five adults, the distance to all of our destinations couldn’t be beat. It was helpful to have double appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer) for a group our size. Communication was specific & timely, and things are well-labeled in the house. We will gladly stay in the Paradiso Grande community again, and Innovare Homes gets an A+ in our book.

Hi Dave, We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Our team regrets the communication issues and the inconvenience caused by the internet outage, which was due to construction work in the area. Florida homes often have closer neighbors, and we’re sorry if that setup wasn’t what you anticipated. Thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a much better experience next time. Best regards, Innovare Vacation Homes
