• Black Vista will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.



⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• No party or venue use. Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not permitted.

• Private residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

• Car parking - The driveway can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles or the immediate on-street parking on this quiet street can be used. Please note that the garage is not normally made available to guests.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
