• All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Bedroom 3 is a mezzanine loft area - This is accessed via steep nautical style stair-way with double balustrade. Access may not suit every guest. This area is partially open to the living areas below.

• Stairs - This property has stairs between the main living level and the lower bedrooms and bathrooms level and upper mezzanine loft area.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
