It's a great property, in a great location - a great beach and snorkelling right out the back door. Every morning I had my morning coffee with my feet in the lagoon. It was also bigger than was expected which was a bonus, and the restaurant/bar next door was very handy (and not noisy at all). The house is showing a bit of it's age however - all of the fly/mossies screens are broken, either with giant holes, or don't close properly, and the main double doors to the back garden/beach are buckled and very hard to open and close. Saying that, it is very well priced, and we weren't expecting brand new luxury!

Location was great and right next door to Shipwrecks. House was big with 2 bathrooms and large kitchen. Would be nice to have deviders in lounge sleeping area for privacy but we learned to live with it. Snorkelling at the beach was really great but we had to take our gear.

Excellent Stay 10/10 would recommend

Place was amazing, best possible location right on the beach - beautiful view from the backyard. The house was well kept and tidy, the owners and property manager were super helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a place to stay in a group (4-5 people).

We always love staying here. It has an amazing location right on the beach and next door to shipwreck where you can enjoy meals instead of cooking and their live music and cultural show on monday night. Communication is excellent and a starter kit is provided on arrival with the essentials. There are kayaks and an outdoor shower and lots of outdoor furniture and a bbq. The only downside is the beds and fly screens need to be replaced and although there are 2 ceiling fans it can still get very hot so there needs to be more fans available. It would be even better if this was a two bedroom.

This house is in a stunning location.

This house is in a stunning location. It is so close to the beach you can hear the roaring of the waves breaking on the reef. The house has insect screens on all doors and windows. Our family enjoyed the space of the property and the ease of access by car to the covered carport at the back door. The wide veranda at the front of the property provided a sheltered shade in the heat of the day. This property is very family friendly. We would use this property again when we next visit the island.

Slice of paradise

We will be back! Beachfront, amazing snorkelling, bigger than the photos show. Such a great find Notes: it took a few days to get enough bath towels for us but our teens weren't bothered and it is right next door to the Shipwreck bar who have live music often. Most nights it's was finished by 9ish but one night it was closer to 11pm. Only an issue for the bedroom really but worth noting if you have little ones

Incredible location

We LOVED the location of this beach house. It is right on the beach! With its very own palm trees :) We felt like the beach was our backyard. It is very swimmable with not too much or too little coral. It was easy to swim and explore the coral with its dozens of different fish, a resident octopus, and a turtle! The kids spent hours in the water. Two nice surprises were; discovering the reef in the distance is where the waves crash, so there were no crashing waves on the beach which created a lovely calm ‘lagoon’ for swimming; and the side of the island the house is on was the non-windy side (the lee side) while we were there (not that the wind is too much of a problem). We met lovely staff and travellers at the Shipwreck next door, enjoying their pina coladas and ika mata. The house itself is great, it had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed being able to make our own meals when desired. The kids loved following the hens and their chicks around. They also discovered a few hermit crabs on the properry, and the friendly dogs reminded us of our one back home!

Our own oasis

Really enjoyed our stay, house was perfect for our family of 6 and the beautiful white sandy beach right outside our back door was definitely a massive bonus, great for the little ones. Most definitely recommend if you are wanting your own private piece of paradise!! Thank you so much 😊

Great location with direct access to beautiful beach. Highly receommended.

Loved this house, direct access to the beautiful beach. Snorkeling right off the front door. House had everything we required, was clean and tidy. House is large and open plan with plenty of room for our family of 5. Beds were comfortably. Would definitely recommend it to other guests.
