Excellent stay

Had a few questions pop up throughout the stay and the owner was nothing but helpful. Extremely clean, great location. Would stay again and highly recommend booking.

The room was nasty, dishes nasty, roaches everywhere including the refrigerator! Spiders in the master bedroom! The air conditioner barely worked! Out of all my times staying at laketown this was my worst experience especially for the amount of money I had to pay!

Hi Lashundra, I apologize for this experience; it's definitely not something we strive for. The resort has had routine pest control and the same cleaners for over a year. The unit was vacant for a couple of months while the entire flooring was replaced with new tiles, along with fresh paint throughout, including ceilings. Thank you for taking the time to review. Great experience!

We have stayed at Laketown Wharf multiple times, but I am so glad we found Canlice and this unit this year. The condo was exactly as described and Canlice was so helpful and very responsive and accomodating. We will be back and can't wait till next time!

Great Property, Great Price

We stayed in this unit over the Labor Day holiday weekend. The unit was perfectly suitable for the three couples on this trip. My experience communicating with the property manager was a great one. She provided easy instructions for a stress free check-in and followed up on my questions during my stay. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Two family beach trip

Nothing but good things to say here. The communication was great, location was great, and room was stocked well and clean. We were there on the week before the 4th of July, and the only complaint I can come up with is the elevators took forever because it was crowded. The pools were never too full, but they were strictly patrolled.

Beautiful stay

The condo is very spacious and clean, we had no issues during our trip however the elevators of the complex were not working the first day and we have to walk up 15 flights of stairs with our luggage. The elevator typically have a long wait and are very crowded however that did not complicit with our stay in the condo.

Family Vacation

Had an amazing family vacation. Overall we were very happy with our experience & stay. No major issues, and our host responded to our questions quickly. The Propery- Everyone over 12 required to wear bracelets at all times-not an issue-except after multiple uses the bracelets are worn and stretched and don’t fasten securely. First day lost 2 and had to pay 50 to replace. After that we just carried them in our bags. Elevators were better than years past. Maybe the property wasn’t full, but the only time we had a long wait was check-in time on a Friday. Our room was as pictured and no big surprises. There were some cleanliness issues-the kitchen table was broken, dirty dishes and dirty silverware in cabinets, some type of vape in a bunk bed, McDonald’s chicken nugget box under the entertainment center-cleaning crew needs to do better. No extra sheets for pull out bed. And the breaker for the stove flipped a couple of times. Cleanliness isn’t the host fault and they responded to our contact over table and stove. Getting our parking passes and bracelets activated was more complicated than it should have been and the property needs to have better processes to do this, but we got through it. We came to have a good time, enjoy the beach and pool, and relax. We got all those things. We would rent this condo again. We would also rent from host again.

Upon arrival there was a sour smell before we opened the door. Once we opened the door it was throughout the condo. Went to Wal-mart to get something to mop the floors with. So that was the first issue, that we had to fix. Other than that the condo was clean. The only other issues we had were there is not much to use for cooking. The pans, skillets stick really bad. The tv in the master bedroom just kept refreshing so we watched our laptops in the master bedroom. All the other tv’s were fine though. The host was very quick to respond back. Pools were always clean and really nice. The elevators there are horrible. Overall we had a great time once the smell went away. We normally stay here every year and I would stay again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The room and view were both beautiful and overall the room was very clean. I would just suggest the carpet being cleaned or replaced. When the baby would crawl around his knees and feet would be black.

Perfect getaway!

The check in process was extremely smooth, and the condo was spotless! So much space in the common areas as well as bedrooms. Definitely in a prime spot! 5 minute walk to the beach, easy access to everything! Plus the condo has so many amenities, you can’t go wrong! Definitely book your stay with Canlice!❤️

Beautiful condo with a great view!

The condo had the best view of the ocean and the lake on the opposite side was gorgeous also. It was well decorated and communication with the host was great. In a busy part of town and it gets a little loud at night, but that is expected at PCB. Overall a great week.

Beautiful condo

This was our first time in Panama City Beach so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The location of the condo is perfect, especially if you have kids. We had teenagers and little kids with us. It’s in the middle of everything and right across the street from the beach. There are also multiple pools to choose from. The inside of the condo is beautiful and comfortable- the pictures don’t do it justice. My favorite part of the condo was the balcony. It’s huge and has a lot of seating options and most importantly, faces the ocean. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay in this condo again!

A great beach getaway

Great Place!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! It is a very busy place, so just make sure you are patient with the elevators!

Hi Joshua, Thank you for an awesome review! The resort does get busy during Summer as it is the peak season and everyone is at the most beautiful Panama City Beach. There are 7 elevators that will go up to the condo, not sure if you were made aware, and will try to remind everyone not to wait to go up or down altogether. Hope to see you again in the future. Great Vacation Rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and in a great location. Canlice was an exceptional host and answered all questions we had quickly. Will return.
